Design, manufacture, display, erection and installation of wall / hanging / floor mounting type LED illuminated sign / direction boards etc. in half elliptical shape. The display sheet shall be of unbreakable 040 translucent polycarbonate sheet of 2 mm thickness. The text / graphics matter visibility shall not be less than 160 deg. The approved colour text and graphics shall be 4 printed / router cut on monomeric calendered vinyl of 70 um thickness and shall be firmly pasted on display sheets. The mounting arrangement shall be hanging, wall mounting, ceiling mounting, pole mounting or floor mounting and as per site requirement. The signage shall have the integral mounting arrangements with sturdy structural frame and ACP cladding on the back side of the signage to avoid rusting and entry of dust. The LED board shall have uniform illumination with 4-8 W / sq. ft and with brightness more than ambient light. Suitable size end cap of 1.5 mm thick SS 304 should be provided as per requirements.

Supply and erection of LT panel Board consisting of 400Amps. TPN MCCB for Incoming: 2 Nos., For outgoing:250 Amps TPN MCCB (2 Nos.), 100 Amp TPN MCCB(4 Nos.), 63 Amp TPN MCCB (3 Nos.)

Supply and erection of perforated cable tray (in 16 SWG GI Sheet) of size 450mm X 50mm X 50mm (channel shaped) alongwith required coupling plates and nut bolts. 14

Provision of earthing with 40 mm dia 'B' class 2.5 mtr long GI pipe.

Supply, erection, testing & commissioning of maintenance free & Permanent earthing.

Supply, fabrication and erection of MS channel/angle/ flat etc. for cross-arm/clamp etc.

Making of cable trench of suitable width and required depth with excavation and back filling of excavated earth in hard soil or soil with concrete/tar layer or track crossing or road crossing portion.
