The required prior work experience for the bidder includes several options: 1. Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, 2. Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, or 3. One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the bidder should have executed at least 3 projects with a contract value of not less than Rs 50 lakh for each contract of providing manpower services. The bidder must also have a minimum average annual turnover of 600 Lakh (s) for 3 years. The required prior work experience for the bidder is also mentioned as 2 years for the same or similar service and 3 – 6 years in other instances. Proof for Past Experience and Project Experience can be validated through contract copy, invoice(s), and execution certificate by the client with contract value.
