The bid capacity required in the given tender to bid is as follows: 1. Three similar completed services costing not less than the amount equal to 40% (forty percent) of the estimated cost. 2. Two similar completed services costing not less than the amount equal to 50% (fifty percent) of the estimated cost. 3. One similar completed service costing not less than the amount equal to 80% (eighty percent) of the estimated cost. Additionally, the bidder should have executed at least 3 projects with contract value not less than Rs 50 lakh for each contract of providing manpower services to Central/ State/PSU in the last 3 financial years. Formulas: - 40% of the estimated cost for three similar completed services - 50% of the estimated cost for two similar completed services - 80% of the estimated cost for one similar completed service - Rs 50 lakh for each of at least 3 projects in the last 3 financial years. Also, the minimum average annual turnover of the bidder for 3 years should be 1000 Lakh (Rs. 100,000,000 or 10 Crore), and the bidder should have 2 years of past experience in providing similar services.
