The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - RCM/SITE-IN-CHARGE: 5 years (degree) or 8 years (diploma) of experience in construction - LEAD DISCIPLINE ENGINEERS (ELECTRICAL): 3 years (degree) or 5 years (diploma) of experience in construction - LEAD PLANNING: 3 years (degree) or 5 years (diploma) of experience in planning and scheduling - ENGINEERS (ELECTRICAL): 2 years (degree) or 4 years (diploma) of experience in construction The bidder should have successfully executed similar works of a certain value during the last 7 years. The experience criteria are as follows: - 03 similar completed works each costing not less than ₹ 3.73 Crore - 02 similar completed works each costing not less than ₹ 4.66 Crore - 01 similar completed work costing not less than ₹ 7.46 Crore Substantial completion is based on 80% (value-wise) or more works completed under the contract.
