Fireproofing of Equipment's :Providing fireproofing to Equipment Skirt, Saddle supports, Support Brackets, Support steel structures for Air Coolers such as column, beam, bracing etc. by encasing them with light weight cementitious material with Vermiculate aggregates of approved make & manufacturers having 3 hour hydrocarbon fire rating as per UL1709 (XR category) (Min. thickness shall be for 3 Hrs Fire Riting or 30 mm whichever is more) and including necessary scaffolding ,welding attachment, placing, finishing, curing, providing a sealer coat of epoxy polyamide & two coats of acrylic elastomeric or polyurethane coating, sealing of exposed joints if any by non- bituminous polysulfide or silicon rubber mastic sealant ,using expanded metal steel sheet/lath & wire fabric as reinforcement (Refer sketch fireproofing for steel structure in annexure 11),Including Providing and welding standard nuts, lugs to steel members wherever required or as directed by the specifications and drawings: All above as per section 22 of Technical Specification & OISD 164 guidelines as applicable & as per manufacturer specification as approved by engineer in charge. Sealing compound shall be compatible & approved by fireproofing Refer "PIN-LEP-CVS-1003" for reference - FIRE PROOFING IN KHT UNIT

Dismantling of existing Fireproofing at all levels including all tools, tackles, compressed air, labour, consumables and disposal of debris as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing fire proofing to steel structures, equipment structural supports, consisting of rolled steel sections by encasing of rolled steel sections with minimum 65 mm thick self-compacting cement concrete of M-30 grade including necessary scaffolding, placing, finishing, curing, providing a sealer coat of epoxy polyamide & two coats of acrylic elastomeric or polyurethane coating, sealing of exposed joints if any by non-bituminous polysulfide or silicon rubber mastic sealant. Providing, fabricating, placing in position and welding of reinforcement, providing binding wire of approved quality, smooth formwork, aligning, removing it and repair of damaged surfaces if any. All above as per section 22 of Technical Specification, sketch of fireproofing for steel structure in annexure II & OISD 164 guidelines as applicable. Sealing compound shall be compatible & approved by fireproofing fire proofing material supplier. Bidder to note there is no change in quantities of BOQ

Refurbishing of fire proofing Refurbishing concrete fire proofing, removed for strengthening purpose (to match with existing fire proofing) including necessary concrete formwork / scaffolding, tools & tackles

"NOTE:- THE ABOVE RATE SHALL BE INCLUSIVE OF ALL TAXES & DUTIES, ROYALTIES, CESS, ENVIORMENTAL & POLLUTION, FITNESS & SAFETY CLEARANCE CHARGES (IF ANY), OR ANY OTHER INCIDENTAL CHARGES ETC BUT EXCLUDING GST."
