Supplying and applying FIELD PAINT SYSTEM of approved quality and shade as per Sl. No. 9.3.2 of Table 9.3 of EIL Specification No. B378-000-02-42-PCS-0001, Rev.2 (or as per Job Specifications, wherever applicable) over the coat of shop primer already applied, including storage, surface preparation, degreasing, cleaning, drying, providing necessary arrangement for access, testing etc. including touching up of shop primer coat as per Sl. No. 9.1.1 of Table 9.1 of EIL Specification No. B378-000-02-42-PCS-0001, Rev.2 (or as per Job Specifications, wherever applicable), for steel structures (excluding hand rails) at all location & levels inside / outside plant boundary, all complete as specified, in OFFISTE (COASTAL) areas as well as UNIT (COSTAL) areas considering environmental classification as INDUSTRIAL MARINE. (SUPPLY OF ALL MATERIAL IN CONTRACTOR'S SCOPE). (Unit rate based on Structural steel weight).

FINAL Painting (Handrail): Supplying and applying COATING (Post-erection/ Field) of approved quality and shade as per Sl. No. 9.2.1 of Table 9.2 of EIL Specification No. B378-000-02-42-PCS-0001, Rev.2 (or as per Job Specifications, wherever applicable) for painting over the coat of shop primer & galvanisation already applied, including storage, surface preparation, degreasing, cleaning, drying, providing necessary arrangement for access, testing etc. including touching up of shop primer coat, for HAND RAILS at all location & levels, all complete as specified. (SUPPLY OF ALL MATERIALS IN CONTRACTOR'S SCOPE). (Unit rate based on weight of the hand rail Pipe and Structural steel weight).

Painting of Hand railing assembly 1000 mm High: Supply of paints/primers, surface preparation including Repair of the damaged areas of galvanized coatings due to welding/during erection by cold galvanization (P-7) and applying primer (1 coat of P6 @ 40 micron DFT) as per Sl. No. 9.2.1 of Table 9.2 of EIL Specification No. B378-000-02-42-PCS-0001, Rev.2 (or as per Job Specifications, wherever applicable), etc. all complete as specified, shown and directed. (SUPPLY OF ALL MATERIALS IN CONTRACTOR'S SCOPE). (Complete handrail work shall be measured as length of top rail only and not length of each element fixed). (Hand Rail SKETCH attached for reference).

Identification (Line numbering), lettering, colour bands, colour coding etc. as specified is including in contractor's scope. Notes: 1. All joints (fabrication as well as erection joints) shall be left unpainted till hydro testing. 2. No extra payment shall be made for identification (line numbering etc.) of insulated and uninsulated line 3. SUPPLY OF ALL MATERIAL IN CONTRACTOR'S SCOPE.

Providing the following personel to B AND R with required experience and qualification for the purpose of B AND R's work on monthly basis. Note: 1. Contractor shall pay the wages, ESI and EPF to the personel mentioned below. 2. Contractor shall be capable to pay the wages as per tender document timely before 10th of every month from his own resources. 3. The contractor shall be liable for any issues arising in relation to EPF, ESI and shall deal with it taking responsibility of the related procedures. 4. The Contractor has to submit the CV/Resume/Bio-data of the peronel to be deployed for B AND R's works and shall deploy the personel only after approval of Engineer-in-Charge. 5. In case, the person employed by the contractor commits any act of omission/commission that amounts to misconduct/indiscipline/ incompetence, the contractor shall be liable to take appropriate disciplinary action against such persons, including their removal from the site of work. 6. The Contractor shall replace immediately any of its personnel found unacceptable to this office because of security risks, incompetence, conflict of interest, improper conduct etc. upon receiving a notice

Safety Supervisor Qualification Criteria: Person possessing Graduation Degree in Science with Physics & Chemistry and degree or or a Diploma in Engg. or Tech. with minimum Two years of practical experience in construction work environment and should possess requisite skills to deal with construction safety & fire related day-to-day issues.

Discipline Engineer (Mechanical) Qualification Criteria: Degree or Diploma in Engineering with following experience- Degree holders : 3 yrs of construction experience Diploma holders : 6 yrs of construction experience

Mechanical QA/QC Engineer Qualification Criteria: Degree or Diploma in Engineering with following experience- Degree holders : 10 yrs of construction experience of which minimum 3 years in QA/QC Diploma holders : 13 yrs of construction experience of which minimum 6 years in QA/QC
