Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty: a) Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm).

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspectionof work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment shall be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.Note: - This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done.

Removing aluminium partition/false Ceiling including dismembering and seperating members like aluminium pipe, beadings, glass, prelaminated board, grid, fastener, suspenders, grills, door closer/floor spring, door shutter etc. and stacking the material as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Erecting/re-fixing aluminum partition with available material at required location and floor and size as per the site requirement including washing/cleaning of old aluminium material (pipes, doors, glazing clips etc.), cutting and joining to required size and shape and fixing at locations using new screws, cleats, neoprene gasket, rubber beading etc. complete and as per the directions of Engineer in charge.

Fixing aluminum door shutters with available material at required location and floor and size as per the site requirement including washing/cleaning of old aluminium material (pipes, doors, glazing clips etc.), cutting and joining to required size and shape and fixing at locations using new screws, cleats, neoprene gasket, rubber beading etc. complete and as per the directions of Engineer in charge. a) size upto 1.20M x 2.10M

Dismantling broken 40mm rigid PVC pipe upto 10Mtr length including cutting and fixing good portion of pipe upto 1.80M length and making hole in brick masonry including making good with cement mortar etc. complete and as per the directions of Engineer in charge.

Repairs to PVC flushing cisterns by removing defective and unserviceable components and replacing with new component as specified and making the cistern operational complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. a) PVC Handle knob.

Removing all plants grown on building upto Four storey height building with jhoola/ladder including taking proper precautions, safety etc, applying acid and filling the holes by cement mortar etc complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.(measurements shall be taken as One Job per Building)

Repairing the wooden flush door by removing the same from position carefully and carrying out the necessary repairs by replacing the unserviceable hinges if any & making it in operational condition and refixing the same at original position and as direction of Engineer in charge ( Note- cost of hinges will be paid in relevant item). a) Door shutter area below 3 Sqm

Repairing the wooden flush door without removing it from its position by keeping it in its position and carrying out the necessary repairs, fastening the hinges with old or new screws if required making it in operational condition etc all complete and as direction of Engineer in charge (Note- Rate inclueds cost of new screws if required ) a) Door shutter area below 3 Sqm

Cleaning of chocked drainage lines in kitchen, bathroom and water closet from inside of staff quarters including removal of all type of blockage and disposal of same, all as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. a) From European Water Closet (WC).

Cleaning of terrace by brooming, removing leaves/grass and any other material lying on terrace and disposal of material etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Only in Area as per instructions from the SDE Civil)

Attending leakages in PVC water tank including disconnecting, emptying the tank and reparing by PVC welding and replacing in position, making all connections, checking etc complete as directed by Engineer in charge. Capacity 2001 lit to 5000 lit

Repairs to top layer of existing water proofing treatment as detailed below: (a) Dismantling the top layer of damaged waterprrofing treatment, cleaning the surface with wire brush, broom and applying bonding coat as per the manufacturer specifications etc (b) Applying a base coat of cement slurry using 2.75kg/ sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge. (c) Finishing the surface with 20 mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix 1:3 (1 cement :3 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge including laying glass fibre cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300 mm square 3mm deep. All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & fixing PTMT plumbing fixtures of standard make, Prayag, Prince or equivalent ncluding all required neecessary fittings, screws etc. complete as directed by Engineer in charge. a) Bib Cock/Stop Cock

Repairs to arrest lekage from floor/Nahani trap inlets in Bath room/Wash basin/Urinal/Kitchen by cutting all type of floor of size 300 x 300 mm x 300mm deep around inlet gratings to get access to the mouth of PVC/CI trap, sealing the joint using epoxy sealant putty, providing 100mm or 75mm single piece PVC SWR pipe (matching to inlet size of existing floor trap) upto 300mm length from inlet of trap to the flooring top, refilling the pit with cement concrete 1:2:4 mixed with water proofing compound including disposal of rubbish to the municipal dumping ground all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Disposal of waste / malba by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. (trip of one brass ie 2.83 Cum)

Transportation of Aluminium partition material (pipes, doors, glazing clips etc.) from exchanges where it is avaialble, to the exchange where it is to be refixed under DGM (West) jurisdiction exchanges, within PMC limit, including necessary loading ,unloading, shifting from & to any floor, making list of material in duplicate and handing over the material to competent authority etc as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and applying Two coats of “Dr. Fixit Raincoat”, Asian Paint Hydrolock or equivalent over one coat of primer of “Dr. Fixit Primeseal", Asian Paint Primeseal or equivalent on external wall surface (prone to leakage due to heavy rain) etc. all complete as per manufacturers specifications in following sequence of operations. a. All new cement-sand renderings /concrete surfaces should be allowed to age 6 to 8 weeks before surface b. Surface for treatment must be thoroughly cleaned of all laitance, loose material, oil, grease, etc. by mechanical means such as wire brushing & shot blasting . c. Finally vacuum cleaning of all loose solids and liquids can be done, if required. d. All surface cracks upto 5 mm width and above should be filled separately (to be paid under different item), e. Prime the surface with Dr. Fixit Primeseal diluted with potable water by volume in 2:1 ratio (2 parts primer and 1 part water) and allow it to dry for 2 to 3 hours f. Use Raincoat directly from the container (Stir contents well before use), Apply two neat coats of Raincoat without dilution by brush or roller at a time interval of 5-6 hours on rain lashing walls, chajjas and parapet walls. g. Allow the coated surface to air cure fully for 7 days.

Dismantling G.I. pipes (external work) including plugging the dead end & taking out the pipes, stacking of pipes within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge : a) 15 mm to 40 mm nominal bore

Providing and fixing APVC Brass MTP/FTP fittings in APVC pipe line, including cutting and fixing with cement solvent etc complete (New work) a) 32 mm nominal outer dia. pipes.

Extra for arranging Jhulaa/Ladder to carry out plumbing work to 12m-15m height from ground level including labour for holding Jhulla/ladder and plumber etc. Complete as per direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Cleaning of chocked sewer line by diesel running vehicle mounting hydraulic operated high pressure jetting sewer cleaning machine including skilled operator for cleaning and partial de-silting of manholes and de-chocking of sewer lines. De-chocking and flushing of sewer line from one manhole to another by high pressure jetting system of 2200 PSI for sewer line from 150mm dia upto 300mm dia for all depth.

Credit for the recovered items after dismantling or replacing the damaged items etc. a) GI pipes
