The eligibility requirements mentioned in the tender are: 1. Experience Criteria: The tenderer should have experience of having successfully completed similar work during the last 3 years ending in the month prior to the month in which the tender is floated. 2. Past Performance: The tenderer should submit documentary evidence of successful execution/completion of similar works, along with names, address, and contact details of clients. 3. Years of Past Experience: The bidder must have experience for a certain number of years of providing similar type of services to any Central/State Govt Organization/PSU. The values and percentages mentioned for eligibility requirements are: 1. Similar work experience: The tenderer should have completed similar work at any LPG plant of BPC/HPC/IOC or in any other private LPG bottling plant. 2. Percentage: In case of non-divisible tender, an MSE quoting in the price band of L1+ 15% shall be awarded for full/complete supply of tendered value. The technical certifications required by the bidder to participate in this tender are: 1. Certificate from the party stating that the quality of the service provided by the vendor has been satisfactory. 2. Completion Certificate/Final Bills certified by the client or any other document which conclusively proves completion value of similar work. 3. Copies of all the certificates submitted, duly authenticated by the bidder, will be verified with the originals by BPCL. 4. MII Self-certification for minimum local content. 5. Udhyam Registration Certificate or EM-II or UAM or NSIC certificate (if applicable) along with a certificate from a CA as per the format.
