NOTE: 1. Bidder to quote Total Cost to BHEL inclusive of all line items as per above Table. 2. Evaluation / RA will be done on Total Cost to BHEL in INR at 4(h) shown in above table (highlighted in yellow colour). 3. Maximum variation of +/- 10% on dim/wt/package is expected. However, no separate charges will be payable in case of such variation within given limit. 4. Upon Safe discharge of container/Cargo at discharge port the contractor shall ensure the handover of necessary documents to enable movement of BHEL container/Cargo as below: 4.1 At Nhava Sheva port: 4.1.1 In case the cargo is discharged under hook on Freight forwarders vehicle, and after customs clearance the cargo will be moved to CHA warehouse. This price is included in the price bid – destination charges. 4.1.2 If Company wants to move the cargo to CFS near Nhava Sheva port, cargo will be moved to Company nominated CFS (DPD + CFS) by CFS vehicle (at presently Hind Terminals Pvt Ltd, may check with BHEL for the current nominated CFS before movement) IGM Code: Custom EDI Code - INNSA1TCL1, Port Code (1) JNPT Port: TCL (2) GTI Port: TCL(3) NSICT Port: NSATCL (4) NSIGT:TCL (5) BMCTPL:TCL, without any financial liability to BHEL. CFS payment will be made by BHEL directly. In this case, Destination charges as mentioned in S.No.2 of above Price Bid will not be payable. 4.2 At Mumbai port: 4.2.1 For discharge at Mumbai seaport, the cargo will be moved to Mumbai port nominated storage area. Trucking and handling to nominated area is included in the price bid – destination charges. 4.2.2 In case of vessel arriving a Mumbai port, Payment of Wharfage at discharge port will be borne by Bidder. 4.3 Underhook delivery at Nhava Sheva/Mumbai port: Company may decide to take underhook delivery of cargo. Company will provide minimum 3 days intimation that the vehicle/s will be arranged for underhook delivery on berthing of vessel at discharge port. Destination charges as mentioned in S.No.2 of above Price Bid will not be payable in this case. 5. Bidder to ensure that all additional equipment’s like cranes, labour, etc, if required, are made available at port for safe discharge of cargo irrespective of any limitation of port/terminal and cost of it has been included in the price bid. No separate Crane/ forklift/hydra/labour/shifting or any equipment’s used for handling of the cargo will be payable separately. 6. No other/ separate shipping line charges or late charges will be payable. 7. Prices are to be quoted by vendor as inclusive of all taxes and levies in India and Outside India. Currently, GST@5% for Ocean Freight and 18% for Destination and DO charges are applicable. 8. All payments will be made for actual forging/activity being handled/executed by contractor. 9. No additional charges/ payment of (GRI/RRI/etc) on any account shall be considered for payment. 10. If any new tax in India is introduced by Central/ State Govt, etc, and becomes directly applicable on items specified in the price bid, full reimbursements shall be made provided it becomes directly applicable on items specified in the price bid. 11. Bidder must fill all the schedules and Price for each and every items. If the bidder fails to quote any of the items in Price Bid, he will be disqualified and will not be allowed to participate in Reverse Auction. 12. No additional choking/lashing charges shall be applicable. 13. Cargo to be shipped in Break Bulk mode in Container vessel or Break Bulk. 14. The price includes the Surcharges, BAF, ISPS, WRS, LSS, Port Congestion, Hooking & Unhooking, Stevedoring (On Board) charges, BL, CC fee, COVID-19, Red Sea crises, Loading, off-loading survey charges at POL and POD and no any other additional or/ & hidden surcharges etc. 15. Unit Rate in full or in part shall be firm and fixed with no escalation whatsoever, throughout the period of execution of the Order. Variation in prices of material, wages, labour rates, fuel price etc. shall not be admissible.
