Providing wall painting with one coat on old work Luster paint of approved make to give an even shade including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete. as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS 733 and IS 1285 fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC / neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically whereever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P brass / stainless screws all complete as per drawings and and directions of Engineer-in-charge including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of PVC / neoprene gasket required filling the gaps using silicon grout sealent etc. (fittings glazing and panelling shall be paid for separately). Anodised Aluminium sections (Minimum anodizing thickness of 15 micron) Notes:1) The rates for aluminium is inclusive of all fastners required for fabrication and fixing in the walls. 2) All joints shall be of mittered Joints. 3) A long M.S. rod threaded at both ends to be provided in all aluminium door shutters in Top & bottom Horizontal members internally connecting Vertical members and fixed with M.S washers & nuts. 4) Only Aluminium members alone shall be measured and paid for.

Providing structural repairs in old damaged concrete structures / surfaces with approved Polymer with following operations 1) Removal of loose/Spalled or damaged concrete by chipping and cleaning the concrete surface and reinforcement steel with wire brush and with water 2) Cleaning the re bars with Acetone for complete rust removal and washing with water to make the surface clean. 3) Applying protective coat / bond coat using polymer and cement in the proportion of 1; 1.5 (1 part of polymer and 1.5 parts of cement in synthetic enamal paint like consistancy with brush 4) Reinstate the area with polymer modified mortar in layers of maximum 20 mm with the proportion of Cement 50 Kg : washed and quartz sand 87.50 kg ; silica sand 37.50 Kg. mixed with 10 litres of Polymer (or 1 Kg cement : 1.75 kg washed and quartz sand ; 0.75 Kg silica sand : 200 ml polymer) 5) If thickness of repair exceeds 20mm , after every 20 mm thick repair, bond coat as per 2 above to be applied and further thick of repair to be continued for each layer. This work is inclusive of all materials, labour, complete all as directed at site using approved polymer suitable for structural repair shall be used)

Providing 15 mm thick plastering using Ready mix internal plastering compound of approved make for internal faces of brickwork / concrete surfaces including preparation of the surface, curing, cleaning, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed at site by the Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Patch plaster shall also be measured and paid under above item)

Providing 20 mm thick plastering using Ready mix external plastering compound of approved make for external faces of brickwork / concrete surfaces including preparation of the surface, curing, cleaning scaffolding up to 10 metres height complete.all as per specifications including forming drip moulds wherever necessary and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge (Note: Patch plaster shall also be measured and paid under above item)

Providing & Applying polymer modified, liquid applied, crack bridging, elastic, 2 pack acrylic polymer modified cementitious water-proofing coating system on concrete /plastered wall surfaces. The waterproofing chemical shall have Tensile strength of not less than 2 N/mm2 , Elongation not less than 35%. The substrate must be prepared by suitable mechanical preparation techniques such as high pressure water jetting, needle guns, blast cleaning etc. and properly pre-wetted to a saturated surface dry (SSD) condition. Blast clean to remove all contaminants within pores /blowholes.Mixing of Mortar shall be carried out as per Manufacturers specification using slow speed paddle mixer (500- 600 rpm).Subsequently,application of mortar and Curing shall be carried out as perManufacturers specifications all as per the directions of the Engineer -in Charge at all levels and locations complete. Note: 1)Scaffolding will be measured and paid under relevant item. 2) Removing existing paint, putty, scrapping, & surface preparation before applying this item.

Providing and fixing double tubular scaffolding system using H-frames with cup lock type on the exterior side upto seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and as approved by the Engineer -in - charge. Note : (1) The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purposes. (2) For all items under this work order which require scaffolding , the Scaffolding will be measured and paid only once, irrespective of duration of scaffolding for the entire work and will not be seperately paid for each item. (3) Scaffolding shall be removed only after completion of all works. (4) The scaffolding once provided shall be removed after the entire work is neatly completed in all respects and payment shall be made after completion of all works and measurement will be taken only once. Necessary aluminium/ M.S. ladder/staircase module shall be provided at the cost of the contractor, upto the full height of scaffolding at required locations around the building to enable department Engineer/Supervisor to closely supervise the repair work at heights.The cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (6)Contractor has to make arrangement at his own expenses for temporary sealing of windows/openings with plywood, to avoid breaking of windows panes, and covering outdoor ac units during the progress of work. (7) Wherever scaffolding has to be erected over existing lawns or flowerbeds, then all such locations shall be completely covered with tarpaulins before erecting scaffolding. (8) Safety nets and nylon screens shall be provided for full height of scaffolding to prevent falling of debris and the cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (9) Scaffolding shall be erected as per the provisions of IS 3696. (10) All safety precautions and measures shall be taken as per BARC Construction safety Manual

Providing and fixing Minimum 15-17 mm thick gang saw cut mirror polished (premoulded and prepolished) machine cut Granite of Telephone Black colour for kitchen platforms, vanitiy counters, Wash basin Counters, Door Frames, window sills, facias,skirtings andsimilar locations of required size, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (using crushed sand) with jointstreated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing theedges to give high gloss finish etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all levels Note : Work will include the cost of cutting and creating recess in existing walls to support the granite counter/shelves including fixing, application of mortar,finishing etc wherever required.

Providing and treating the OLD surface using ANTI-FUNGAL treatment in the following operations: (i) entire old paint to be scrapped out, (ii) The neeru / cement punning to be removed by chipping completely, (iii) one coat of Antifungal chemical having high degree of Santroprite (Sodium Chloro Penta Chlorophenate with diluant & additives) to be applied, (iv) entire surface to be finished with White cement based Wall putty of approved make to get uniform undulation free surface; complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and painting, finishing with antifungal paint with two coats over treated surface all as per manufacturer's specifications and as directed by the Engineer- in-charge

Dismantling Aluminium / Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable surplus material and stacking of serviceable materials within 100 m lead as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Design, fabrication, supply and installation of frameless Façade using clear, toughened float glass of specified thickness for fixed glazing and openable panels (doors) with crystal edge polish and necessary patch fittings (Modular system, consisting of a base unit, functional inserts and clip-on covers in the widest possible range of finishes) for swing doors, hunged on floor spring, , S.S.handles and locking arrangement and clear toughened float glass fixed for fins and all joints sealed with weather silicone sealent and fixed portion glass from top sides and bottom with anodised (minimum thickness 25 microns) Aluminium'C' channels (25 mm X 25 mm X 1.5mm thick) and all glass to glass joints sealed with clear thick weather silicone sealent and making the required grooves in plaster/concrete for fixing channels etc and making good the same with sealent / plaster of paris etc. complete all as per approved shop drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Shop drawings to be prepared by the contrator as per the site conditions and the same shall be got approved by Engineer in charge before procurement.)

Frameless fixed panels using 12mm thick clear toughened float glass including making cut outs, finishing the edges sealents etc complete. Glass area alone shall be measured and paid (necessary patch fittings shall be paid under relevant Item)

Frameless openable panels (swing doors) using 12mm thick for door leaves including making cut outs/ holes, finishing the edges with crystal edge polish ,sealents etc complete. Glass area alone shall be measured and paid (necessary patch fittings, locks & floor springs shall be paid under relevant Item)

Carrying out Data Entry operations and assisting departmental Officer / Engineers, preparation of monthly and quarterly statements, dispatching and delivering documents/file movement and maintaining registers and documents, checking/preparation of agreements etc. as instructed by Engineer-In-charge. Notes:(1) Qualification: Each job shall be carried out by one data entry operator having minimum HSC pass (12th Standard) with complete knowedge of computer (like MS office, etc.) and should also be well conversant in English and Hindi language.(2) Deployment : The contractor shall deploy one Data entry operator for each job as Single Day work for 6 working days per week for minimum 8 ½ hours per day with 30 minutes of break, in General (Ist / IInd) shift including Saturdays, Sundays & holidays whenever necessary as per the discretion of the Engineer-in-Charge during the contract period. (3) Period of work: The contractor shall carry out number of Jobs per day as directed by Engineer-in -Charge.(4) Mode of measurement : Measurement will be per job basis. A single job shall be carried out by deploying one Data entry operator exclusively for the particular job.(5) The Data entry operator should be engaged after scrutiny by EIC of CED, BARC and approved by Competent authority and the deployed Data entry operator will report to BARC Engineer/ EIC. (6) The minimum notice period before change of Data entry operator is 1 (one) month; failing which a compensation, for not providing technical support, of Rs. 1,103/- per day of shortfall in notice period will be levied on the contractor.

Providing and Fixing in position Suspended false ceiling system using 600 x 600mm Calcium Silicate Ceiling tiles Tiles having 15mm densified edges and 100% humidity resistance, incombustible as per BS476 part IV with thermal conductivity of 0.043 w/m KC and approvred surface design and edge profile (A crisp finely granulated surface with microperforations to provide distinctive elegance) placed in a suspended grid of size of 600 x 600mm made of hot-dipped G.I steel sections having an exposed surface capping of pre-finished baked polyester painted coil wherein the main tee of size 24mm x 38mm x 0.33mm/Standard Silhoutte grid system shall be suspended at 1200 mm centres along the length of ceiling with 4mm dia G.I wire with necessary level adjusters and cross tees of size 24 x 28 x 0.33mm x 1200 mm/Standard Silhoutte grid system shall be inserted in to slots between the main tees at 600mm centres and thereafter in direction vertical to the longer tees, cross tees of size 24 x 28 x 0.33mm x 600mm/Standard Silhoutte grid system shall be inserted to form a grid size of 600 x 600 mm resting on the perifery walls on wall angles of size 20mm x 20mm x 3000 mm x 0.40 mm thickness/Standard Silhoutte grid system.The rate shall include providing necessary openings for light fixtures, diffusers, trap doors etc to be made as per layout drawings. The work shall be carried out as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing in position suspended false ceiling system using 12 mm thick calcium silicate boards 100% humidity resistance, incombustible as per BS476 part IV with thermal conductivity of 0.043 w/m KC placed in a suspended grid of size of 600x 600mm made of hot-dipped G.I steel sections wherein the ceiling sections of 0.55 mm thick shall be suspended at 1200 mm centres along the length of ceiling with 4mm dia G.I wires/ 1 mm thick strip hangers made of G.I sheet sections with necessary level adjusters and inter channels of 0.90mm thick with connecting clips and resting on the perifery walls on wall angles of 0.55 mm thickness including providing necessary openings for light fixtures, diffusers, trap doors etc to be made as per layout drawings and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge

Designing, providing and fixing of 4 mm thick approved make and shade Aluminium Composite Metal Panel of approved make cladding at different locations including soffits of over-hangs but excluding aluminium frame work with grids filled in with weather silicon sealant as per the drawings. Welding Electrodes manufactured by approved brands of BARC of specified suitable grade only shall be used. 4. Holes to be drilled only by Drilling machines and gas cutting of holes are not permitted . 5. Rate inclusive of all consumables like GAS, welding electrodes and tools and tackles etc.

Providing , supplying, and fixing 3d Effect, fibre reinforced, cement based external wall tiles of approved shape & pattern having maximum dimensions upto 75mm x 230 mm and upto 40mm thickness of approved pattern & colour for external walls with cement based polymer modified quick set non-slip tile adhesive (water based) of average thickness of 6mm conforming to IS: 15477 at various locations on the External Wall and finishing the same by matching the type and design with the existing wall cladding including grouting of joints all complete as per manufacturers specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in Charge.The work shall include, surface preparation, removing loose/unsound backing plaster,applying plaster in CM 1:4, applying non slip approved tile adhesive, cleaning the tiles free from Mortar, dirt etc. including grouting all the joints with matching pigment complete all as directed by Engineer in charge at all levels and loctions complete.( sample to be got approved by the engineer incharge) (Plaster & Scaffolding will be paid seperately under relevant item) Note: 1. Wall Tiles replaced at various locations & levels will be measured as per actuals and paid under this item. 2. Providing and fixing Metal lay in false ceiling 600 x 600 mm perforated corrosion resistant Aluminium magnesium alloy metal panel fixed in 24 mm 'T' frame work of module 600 x 600 mm. Panels shall be of size 575 mm x 575 mm with perforation of 1.50 mm dia in a 3 diagonal square pattern giving 22% perforated area of approved colour in 0.70 mm thick Aluminium alloy 3105 with square edges. Tiles to be stove enamelled on a continuous application for pre-treatment. The coils to be go through 4 stages of pre treatment three times of oven baked through conversion coating, priming and finish coat ensuring superior adhesion, high corrosion resistance and good colour stability.The coils to be painted on both sides after degreasing. inside surface to have a primer of 5 microns and a coat of natural colour of 5 microns, exposed surface to have a primer of 5 microns, binder of 5 microns and a top coat of approved colour 15 microns. Grid system for fixing ceiling tiles shall comprise of tees. The 24mm main tee runers shall be suspended at an interval of 1200mm centre to centre. The 24mm cross tee runner shall be suspended at an interval of 600mm centre to centre and further supported with 24mm cross tee with inter locking arrangements to form a Grid of 600mm x 600m. The main tee shall be supported by means of 4mm G.I.rod from slab / roof. The suspension shall be provided at 1200 to 1500mm centre to centre. Provision for lights, diffusers etc. to be made including extra supports wherever necessary. A non-woven felt made of glass reinforced fibre glued over the perforation for sound absorbtion. Measurements shall be as per actual area of false ceiling with out deductions for lights and diffusers.
