Providing & laying seamless bonding layer of 75mm width x 50mm depth in between gaps by supplying & applying POLYURETHANE FOAM PU-SP (NON FIRE GUN GRADE) / PU-SC (NON FIRE ANNUAL GRADE) for filling the gaps in uniform layer. The Surfaces should be clean, free of dust, grease & other impurities before applying the POLYURETHANE FOAM. Dry and porous surfaces should be moistened with water and the optimal temperature can be maintain at work site of about 20°C to 25°C. Before applying, shake the sealed can of POLYURETHANE FOAM of 750ml thoroughly (about 20 times) with the valve upside down. After shaking, remove the protective cap and screw the adapter / Dispenser Gun. Hold the can upside down and activate the foam by pressing the valve. It should be considered that the POLYURETHANE FOAM would expand 2-3 times. For filling a gap wider than 50 mm with POLYURETHANE FOAM, work will be in layers. Apply the second layer once the first one has hardened in 4-6 hours. Once the foam has been hardened, cut the potruded portion with a sharp knife to make the surface in uniform layer and if required, finish the surface with sealant covering, plastering, painting, etc. To provide a better performance of POLYURETHANE FOAM, surface to be moistened before application and cured foam must be protected against UV. Providing & Laying POLYURETHANE ELASTOMERIC SEALANT FOR STONE CLADDING GAPS of elastic, single component, moisture curing, non-sag, gun grade hybrid type which is designed to seal construction & automotive joints that are subjected to movement. POLYURETHANE ELASTOMERIC SEALANT has a very good adhesion to all Construction & Industrial Material and can be applied to joints between 5mm to 10mm wide gap & 25mm deep. Providing & Laying ACP GLAZING SEALANT SUITABLE FOR SEALING JOINTS IN ACP PANEL Concrete, Brickwork, Block Work & Perimeter Sealing Ensure that all surface area needs to be clean, dry & free from all loose dirt, dust oil grease or any other containment. Metal surface should be cleaned & degreased. The tip of the Nozzle to be cut according to the width of the surface and fixed to the Applicator. The Cartridge package is cut from one edge and fixed to a suitable gun. The cap cut is screwed to the Cartridge cylinder of the gun. The joints should be filled at one time and without gaps during the application. The surface of Sealant applied in the joints should be smoothened with a dampened spatula or by hand immediately before skin formation. The adhesive tape should be removed afterwards. The colourless, odouress product is a Solution having pH 7, liquid state at 20 C with a dnsity of 1.01gm/CubCm, Coverage of 10 SqM/Litre should have 100% water, oil & stain repellent with anti-graffiti property and shall protect against weather, humidity, frost, high temperature, UV radiation. The product should be breathable and treated material should remain permeable to air and water vapour. It should not change the appearance of the application surface during & after application. Preparing the EXISTING WATERPROOFING BY MAKING IT SLIGHTLY ROUGH by grinding the same by mechanical means and cleaning the surface, removal of polycon net etc. and to make it free from all unwanted dust, loose material and other contaminants that may damage the water proofing treatment complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

PROVIDING STRUCTURAL REPAIRS IN OLD DAMAGED CONCRETE STRUCTURES / SURFACES approved Polymer (Acrylic) with following operations: (1) Removal of loose/Spalled or damaged concrete by chipping and cleaning the concrete surface and reinforcement steel with wire brush and with water. (2) Cleaning the reinforcement bars with Acetone for complete rust removal and washing with water to make the surface clean. (3) Applying protective coat / bond coat using polymer and cement in the proportion of 1: 1.5 (1 part of polymer and 1.5 parts of cement) in synthetic enamel paint like consistancy with brush. (4) Reinstate the area with polymer modified mortar in layers of maximum 20 mm with the proportion of Cement 50 Kg : washed and dried river sand 87.50 kg : silica sand 37.50 Kg. mixed with 10 litres of Polymer or (1 Kg cement : 1.75 kg washed and dried river sand : 0.75 Kg silica sand : 200 ml polymer). Providing 20 mm THICK PLASTERING USING READY MIX EXTERNAL PLASTERING COMPOUND for External faces of brickwork / concrete surfaces including preparation of the surface, curing, cleaning complete. all as per specifications including forming drip moulds wherever necessary and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. NOTE: For guidance of Contractor, ROOFIT or approve equivalent is only indicative in nature & for suggestion only.

GRADING ROOF FOR WATER PROOFING TREATMENT with concrete / cement mortar as specified to obtain proper slope all as directed by the Project engineer. By using Cement Mortar 1:3 using 100% Manufactured sand and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Extra for providing and mixing WATERPROOFING COMPOUND added @2%by weight of cement or in the proportion by the manufacturer and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing in position 50 mm thick JOINT FILLER BOARD of Approved make in expansion joints to the required size and shape, placing and keeping in positioncomplete as per specifications and drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing machine moulded anodised ALUMINIUM SHEET COVERING of approved pattern and design made out of required width machine cut aluminium steel and machine holed for receiving screws over expansion joints on vertical surfaces/ceilings/floors with full threaded, cadmium plated steel screws 4 mm dia, 30 mm long and aluminium washers 2 mm thick, 15 mm dia at a staggered pitch of 200 mm centre to centre including drilling holes in the receiving surface and providing expandable plastic sleeves in holes etc. complete, made out of colour anodized aluminium sheet 3.0 mm thick or as specified (Minimum coating of anodisation shall be of 15 micron thickness).

Providing CEMENT BASED WATERPROOFING TREATMENT to new terraces / chajjas including cleaning the concrete surfaces, giving injections to the top slab as required with cement & approved waterproofing compound solution to fill up all inherent holes, voids honey-combs etc. in the concrete slab, setting "autoclaved aerated light weight block bats" coba in waterproof mortar 1:4 (using crushed sand) with necessary gradient for easy flow of water, complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & Applying CEMENT GROUTING complete as per specifications (i) Clean the surface with clean water & keep wet for some time, (ii)Mix required quantity of GROUT with 11% to 13% water to get desired consistency, (iii)Mix with low speed spiral mixer to get lumps free paste, (iv)Pour the mix continuously with presure jet as directed by Engineer in charge. Clean the surface with wire brush and wash with a high pressure water jet to remove dust, dirt etc. FILLING THE CRACKS USING DYMONIC 100 POLYURETHANE BASED MOISTURE TRIGGERED SEALANT WITH 50% MAF . The rate will be inclusive of labour, material , tools and all consumables etc. complete as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and applying cold liquid Polyurethane waterproofing system having following layers: (a) Primer / base coat: Providing and applying (Pre-Measured Packed) silver grey coloured 2 (two) component solvent free, odourless, Epoxy-based Primer with excellent adhesive property on the clean and grinded surface/substrate. The substrate can be slightly moist (in concrete, the moisture must be less than 20 %), sound and free from any material that would hinder good adhesion. Mix component 'A' into component 'B' in ratio of 1: 0.16 by weight thoroughly with a clean stirring stick. The mixture should be of uniform colour & free from streaks and be applied evenly with roller. The primer should be completely dry for further application of liquid applied polyurethane based membrane/ coating. The consumption, depending on the nature and condition of the substrate for priming, should be within the range of 250 – 400 gm/sq.m. The rate shall including cost of all material, labour, tools & plants, consumables etc. complete all as directed by EIC. (b) Top coat: Providing and applying cold liquid applied waterproofing based on highly flexible solvent free single component Polyurethane system and special needle punched non woven, system compatible polyester fleece of minimum 120 GSM as reinforcement. The cold liquid applied reinforced system shall have high crack bridging property and shall be UV stable, solvent-free, Cool Roof system. Application procedure: (i) Stir the material well before use. (ii) 2/3rd of the waterproofing mix material to be applied on the primed substrate and the special polyester fleece of min. 120 gsm to be rolled with roller including removal of air bubbles with an overlap of min. 5 cm. (iii) The remaining 1/3rd of the waterproofing material to be poured onto the surface until complete saturation is achieved. The layers should be applied on wet surface of earlier coat and there should not be any time lag during the laying of the system. (iv) After curing, one coat of material approx. 300g/sq.m. to be applied after 24 hours. (v) The total system of waterproofing for material and components shall be procured from single manufacturer. (vi) The total thickness achieved from the application should be from 1.4 to 1.7 mm. (vii) The total consumption of mix waterproofing depending on the nature, porosity and condition of the substrate should be in the range of 2.3 to 2.7 kg/sq.m. The rate shall including cost of all material, labour, tools & plants, consumables etc. complete all as directed by EIC. Specifications/Technical Parameters: The tensile strength of the membrane shall be min. 8.60 N/sq.mm and Elongation at break with fleece shall be min. 83.0 % (with fleece). The Tear Resistance of the membrane shall be min. 41.0 N/mm, Solar Reflection Index (SRI) Value of membrane shall be min. 100, Degree of solar reflectance of the membrane shall be min. 85% and adhesive strength shall be min. 2.40 N/sq.mm. etc. Note : The contractor shall provide min. 10 (ten) years Leak Proof Performance warranty for the complete waterproofing work. Note : Quoted rate shall hold good for plain/covered/any other geometric shapes & sizes of all glass panels for windows, door cum windows, wall span etc.,at all leads,levels,lifts and floors. No seperate measurement/payment shall be made for the same. With 24mm thick (6mm thick clear annealed glass inside+12mm air gap+6mm thick clear toughened glass out side) hermatically sealed double insulating glass all as per manufacturer's specification. Designing, providing and fixing of 4 mm thick approved make and shade ALUMINIUM COMPOSITE METAL PANEL of approved make cladding at different locations including soffits of over-hangs but excluding aluminium frame work with grids filled in with weather silicon sealant as per the drawings. The ACM panel composition shall be of 0.5 mm thick PVDF coated aluminium sheet + 3 mm thick low density polyethelene virgin resin core + 0.5 mm thick polyester (PVDF) coated Aluminium sheet all complete as per approved shop drawings and specification. (Aluminium frame work will be paid under reelevant item) Note: ACMP shall be measured to the actual visible area of the ACP sheet including silicon joints as fixed on site.

Providing and Painting two coats of SYNTHETIC ENAMEL PAINTS on steel surfaces of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade over a primer coat.including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete. as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and painting walls with (Two coats) of approved shade of HIGH BUILD PROTECTIVE, ELASTOMERIC WATER PROOF EXTERIOR GRADE PAINT of approved make of required shade, minimium dry film thickness of 250 microns acheived in two or more coats / as per manudacturer's specifications including preparation of the surfaces by scrapping / wire brush, scaffolding complete. Primer coat will be with approved make with water in ratio of 1:2 and 2 coats of finishing coat without water all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
