The Bidder gurantee that all material,components, system,software used are in strict complience with aggreed requirements and specifications and same shll be free from any manufacturing defects. The bidder shall gurantee that all material, components,system,software shall be repaired or replaced as the case may be at its own cost in case found to be defective,within a period of 24 months from satisfactory commisioning at site.

The bidder shall quote for 1) Compherensive AMC inclusive of spares for next 3 years, (3rd,4th,5th) after the expiry of warrenty of two years 2) AMC on Visit basis : Recommended spare and their cost for subsequent operations for 3rd,4th & 5th year valid for that year 3) AMC should include annual calibration of the scanner , once in year

The bidder is preferred to have service support in India,with sufficient trained manpower. The bidder shall commit a maximum response time in 48 Hrs, which means that in case of any breakdown , within 48 hours of intimation of problem by e-mail /telephone by ARAI, the bidder's personnel should reach the site, assess the cause of breakdown, take necessary action to resolve the issue and submit the corrective actions schedule if the problem cannot be resolved immidiately in the visit. Service support also includesresponsibility of the local service provider in re-installation of the equipment if necessary, at identified site within ARAI with prior intimation of two weeks at mutually agreed terms & conditions.

Installation & Commisioning: The bidder shall carry out inspection of the shipment and shipment will be opened infront of Bidder representetive. The Bidder shall carry out installation after the receipt of the equipment at ARAI wihtin the time frame.
