Laying of PVC insulated inner PVC sheathed XLPE insulated aluminium armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade ,3.5C X 300 sq mm Aluminium cable size on cable tray On Overhead fabricated MS Bridge at 10 meter height including all supporting tools required for laying the cables etc. The cable shall be clamped at regular intervals to the supports of GI cable trays on overhead bridge.

Providing and Fixing of LV cable end termination for 3.5 C X 300 Sq mm Aluminium / copper/Bimetallic lugs, brass cable glands ( Double compression type ) tapping crimping etc complete End termination of LT cable including making holes in Glands plates and fixing the same installtion of cable glands, monor modification of terminals identifying the cable cutting, stripping of installtion separation of cable cores removing of armor earthing of armor, crimping of lugs on the conductor, supply and numbering of cores with ferrules, dressing / teeing eith ties of the cores inside the panel, connections of cable etc.,complete with testing and commissioning with all labors, tools and tackles consumables ( like insulation tape crimping paste etc) as per the drawings / specifications and direction of Engineer in charge.Returning of unsed cables to store / scarp yard are to be dobe by contractor.

Providing and fixing of Ladder type Cable tray with horizontal & vertical Bends, reducers, Tee's, cross over member and other accessories as required and supporting system for suspension from ceiling & fixing at walls/coloumn with Hot Dip Galvanized Armstruct type. The Tray shall be made of minimum 1.5 mm thick sheet steel hot dip galvanised. (Rate shall be inclusive of cost for primary & secondary supporting arrangement as per standards, site conditions Item- GI Ladder type 1000 mm X 100 mm Hot dip galvanised cable tray.

Providing & fixing of Earthing Strips 50X6 mm.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Indelec / OBO / Jef / Actord make eco safe maintenance free electrode of 25 mm diameter low carbon steel with 250 micron molecular copper bonded earthing rod of 3 mtrs. length along with carbon based environment friendly back fill ground enhancing compound required to fill up the excavated earth with required quanitity. It also includes necessary accessories like nuts and bolts, test link, insulators etc. This item includes 100 mm dia drill in ground, average 8 meter depth in back filled earth and 4 meter depth in vergin earth (total average 12 meters depth drill). It also includes suitable casing for the drill upto the backfilled area, installation of earth electrode, supply, installation and connection of earth strip from electrode to test link inclusive of inside the borewell earthing strip upto 9 meter, testing and connection complete as per code of practice IS:3043 complete. (Electrode type)
