Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of common HMI unit for 06 test cell HVAC system. Common HMI to be provided for 06 AHUs. HMI shall be of minimum 10-inch size. HMI to be mounted on separate panel (location drawing is given for reference). Panel shall be IS 8623 (Latest revision) compliant. Approval of GA drawing of panel shall be taken from ARAI before fabrication. Panel shall be fabricated of MS sheet of minimum 1.6 mm thickness, powder coated with 7 tank dip treatment. It shall be minimum IP 54 compliant. It shall be completely dust-tight, weather & vermin proof and highly corrosion-resistive. Neoprene/Synthetic rubber gasket shall be provided between adjoining surfaces of the doors and enclosures to make it dust-tight and vermin proof. It shall have gland plates of proper size and specifications for cable entry. Proper glands to be provided in places of cable entry. HMI shall have separate screen developed for each AHU. Development of Logic of operations for all units. Operational logic of all units is explained in technical bid. Bidder shall develop program logic with all interlocks and sequence of operations as per tender specifications and instructions of engineer in charge. Bidder has to provide program backup to ARAI during hand over.

Integration of entire HVAC system of new EDL building into existing SCADA system of adjacent building. Information and controls of entire HVAC system being upgraded under this tender shall be incorporated into existing SCADA system. All necessary modifications in existing SCADA for this functionality are to be done by bidder. All necessary cabling for this work is to be done by bidder. Detailed specifications are explained in subsequent sections. Any additional modules/cards/electronics/electricals required for proper working of system as per tender requirement is to be provided by bidder.
