Cutting chases, pinning in Stone Concreate block or slab wall making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc. and making good, cutting exceeding 20cm girth etc all complete as directed by the Engg in Charge.

Dismantling and taking down fluorescent tube light single/double of any wattage or size of burnt/worn out accessories repair or carrying to store all including connected wire, conduit pipe and switch socket board etc all complete as directed by the Engg in Charge.

Dismantling air break gang operated switches vertical/horizontal mounted including insulators and operating mechanism for repair/ replacement of broken/worn out components and insulators etc. or carrying to MES store (spare/components for replacement to be provided free by department) etc all complete as directed by the Engg in Charge.

Supply and install hi wall split units indoor/outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and Plasma filter for better indoor air quality with minimum 5 star rating and EER 3.2.of capacity 1.5 Ton (Installation including all additional accesories including mounting bracket for outdoor unit, additional copper pipe if required and heat insulation tape etc.) etc all complete as directed by the Engg in Charge.
Note: Sample of all material of reputed make & all accessories shall be got apporved from the EIC before fixing.
