Providing and applying Recess Pointing on stone flooring with lime mortar 1:1:1 (1 Unslaked lime : 1 sand: 1 Surkhi).

Providing wood work in frames of false ceiling, partitions etc. sawn and fixed in position with necessary stainless steel screws etc.

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows, fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in charge. (Note:- Butt hinges and necessary screws shall be paid separately)

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length (hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately).

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and fixing false ceiling at all heights with integral densified calcium silicate reinforced with fibre and natural filler false ceiling tiles of Size 595x595mm of approved texture, design and patterns as per CPWD Specification 2019, to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on inter-locking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanised iron section of 0.33mmthick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides)comprising of main-T runners of size 24x38 mm of length 3000 mm,cross - T of size 24x32 mm of length 1200 mm and secondaryintermediate cross-T of size 24x32 mm of length 600mm to formgrid module of size 600 x 600 mm, suspended from ceiling usinggalvanised mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e. 12x50 mm long dash fasteners, 6 mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 76x25x25x1.6 mm fixed with grid and Z cleat of size 25x37x25x1.6mm thick with precut hole on both 25mm flange to pierce into 12x50mm or even bigger size dash fastener if require, fixed with Glavanised iron perimeter wall angle or size 24x24x0.40 mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphey wall / partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450mm center to center and 40 mm long dry wall S.S screws. The workshall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per directions of the Engineer-incharge

Providing and laying 12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

Providing and applying Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade

Providing and fixing in position aluminum louvered window with anodised aluminum frame of approved make and of size 40mm x 20mm x 2.0mm (wt.0.605 kg/Rm) including adjustable aluminum frame, 4 to 6mm thk. Frosted glass, fixtures and fastenings etc. complete as directed by by Engineer InCharge

Providing and fixing bright finished brass hanging type floor door stopper with necessary screws, etc. complete

Providing and fixing bright finished brass 100 mm mortice latch and lock with 6 levers and a pair of lever handles of approved quality with necessary screws etc. complete.

Providing and fixing oxidised M.S. double acting spring hinges with necessary screws etc. complete

Supply and installation,Downspouts to be 0.5 mm tha Galvalume. Downspouts shall be supported by attachment to the wall covering at 4.5 m maximum spacing.

Wiring for light point/fan point/exhaust fan point/call bell point with 1.5 Sq.Mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate,suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 Sq.Mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required. Wiring for circuit / submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of PVC insulated, copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required.

Supplying and fixing 5 amps. to 32 amps. rating, 240 volts `C' series, miniature circuit breaker (MCB)suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.
