The provision made for the laying and leveling the ground & providing the lime concrete as per the requirement of the site using the water proofing material, ingredient etc. complete as per the direction of site incharge.

The provision for restrict leakage of the existing C.R wall of the tank by filling the cavity & inserting the suitable grouting by non shrink material by using pressure/ manual grouting machine as per the require pressure and with proper technical support of the structure to the existing C.R. wall with using the admixture of the water proofing material etc. complete as directed by the work incharge.

The provision for the conservation of the ancient water tank of the C.R masonry by resetting the existing stone of the deteriorate/ plumb out wall in the lime mortar 1:1:1 & fixing the stone as per the existence including removing, fixing , curing & placing of the stone as per the instruction of the work incharge.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge.

Provision made for the removing the debris infront of the main darwaja sorting out usful material stacking at place up to the 100m etc. complete as per the direction of site incharge.

Provision for the general vegetation clearance as per schedule rate which include the clearing jungle uprooting of the rank vegetation grass, brush, removal of rubbish up to distance of 50m after rainy season as directed by site incharge etc. complete

The Provision for removal uprooting of rank vegetation from heritage structure & removal of the rubbish up to a distance of the 50 m as directed site in charge.

Provision for Purchase of materials required for day to day maintenance etc complete as per the direction of site incharge.
