The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: * Relevant experience in Animal Husbandry: Experience of building Herd/Animal management software/platform which deals in extensive bovine and cattle and farmer data (10 points) * Relevant experience in the region (working level fluency in local language(s)/knowledge of local culture or administrative system, government organization, etc.) (10% of the total points for the three sub-criteria) Additionally, the bidder must have experience of at least one project in the Animal Husbandry sector. The bidder should have experience of successful Go-Live / completed project in IT / Technology during last TWO years (as on the last date of bid submission) in: - One (1) project having large IT Application Implementation and support of project value of INR 3.00 CR - Two (2) projects having large IT Application Implementation and support of project value of INR 2.00 CR - Four (4) projects having large IT Application Implementation and support of project value of INR 1.00 CR The bidder should have developed and delivered at least one (1) ICT / Software solution of value INR 3 Crores or more. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned, however, the bidder's experience in the sector/similar assignments is given a 70% weightage under the Key Experts' qualifications and competence for the Assignment.
