The bidder should have successfully completed or substantially completed three works, each of Rs. 1,99,64,988.00 or two works, each of Rs. 2,49,56,235.00 or one work of Rs. 3,99,29,976.00 in a single contract of a similar nature of "SITC of PA System" during the last seven years ending on 31.05.2025. Substantial completion shall be based on 80 percent of the awarded cost or more value-wise completed under the contract. The experience certificate of works completed pre-GST era, completion amount will be divided by 1.12 to exclude pre-GST taxes. The value of executed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7 percent per annum. The bidder should have experience of similar nature of work of "SITC of PA System" during last seven years ending on 31.05.2025. The client's satisfactory completion certificate with BOQ should be attached. The details to be provided include date of start, date of completion (stipulated and actual), completion cost, and TDS amount (if applicable). The bidder is required to provide details of similar works successfully completed or substantially completed during the last seven years. The details to be provided include the name of the work/project, location, name and address of the client, awarded cost of work, date of commencement, stipulated date of completion, actual date of completion, and completion cost/actual work done. The value of similar works that the bidder needs to have completed is mentioned as: - three works, each of Rs. 1,99,64,988.00 - two works, each of Rs. 2,49,56,235.00 - one work of Rs. 3,99,29,976.00 The percentage of similar works completed is 80 percent of the awarded cost or more value-wise completed under the contract.
