Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters:30 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws

Providing and fixing chromium plated brass curtain rod having wall thickness of 1.25mm with two chromium plated brass brackets fixed with C.P. brass screws and PVC sleeves etc., wherever necessary complete : 20 mm dia

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete. Fixed to openings /wooden frames with rawl plugs screws etc

Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 4 mm thick float glass panes, (weight not less than 10 kg per sqm) fixing with ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws. Kiln seasoned and chemically treated hollock wood 30 mm thick

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing of edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels.Granite stone slab of colour black, Cherry/Ruby red. Area of slab upto 0.50 sqm

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Extra for cutting reinforcement bars manually/ by mechanical means in R.C.C. or R.B. work (Payment shall be made on the cross sectional area of R.C.C. or R.B. work) as per direction of Engineerin- charge.

Disposal of loose earth/ debrise /stones /building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Providing and fixing Aluminium Partition Panel sheet (APP) 4 mm thickness as door, wall panel and partition works with various aluminium works etc. with rubber gasket weather seal to be provided through out the frame. All complete as per the direction and satisfaction of EIC. (cost of aluminium and door fittings will be paid separately.)

Providing and fixing fibre mosquito proof mesh or Netlon or equivalent make in existing frames of doors & windows fixed with wellcro tape i.e stitching etc all complete.

Supplying of welder with helper and welding machine including accessories and necessary tools for carry out on site welding complete as per instructions of Engineer In Charge.

Supplying of carpenter with helper with accessories and necessary tools for carry out on site carpentry work complete as per instructions of Engineer In Charge.

Providing and fixing cudappa stone of min. 25mm thick & of any size at all height and level as and where required including making chase in wall not less than 75mm deep with required cement mortar of 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) for fixing etc. complete and as per direction of E.I.C.

Deploying tractor with trolley at site i/c driver & POL for carrying water tanks, shifting maba, relocating material at New Airport Colony, Mumbai including at F-line complete as per direction of engineer in charge.
