SH-I : Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Electro Hydraulic Bollard system

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of K8 Crash Rated Electro Hydraulic Bollard system comprising of 4 number of Bollards, suitable for operations in temperature range from 0 degree to +60 degree Celsius and also capable of working in the heavy rainfall of Mumbai, to work on 230V (1-Phase) / 415V (3-Phase) 50Hz AC supply consisting of controllers, control panel and logic circuits with all other associated accessories like provision of manual operation during power shut down, Hydraulic Power Pack/Unit with accumulator/ battery back up, safety interlock detector, self priming sump pump for draining water, control and logic circuit in a weather proof enclosure compliant to IP67 standards with provision for integrating with external access control system like loop detectors, crash pads etc. if any, operational alerts /system alerts with blinking LED, audio signal during operation, capable to perform switching operation in local & remote location. Each Bollard shall be of SS-316 with thickness not less than 16mm and having a diameter not less than 273 mm(OD), mounted at a height not less than 800 mm (height ), the Bollards shall be grouped in set of 4 and the distance between each bollards shall be less than or equal to 1250 mm and the Bollards shall be duly tested as per NABL/ASTM/DOS/PAS/IWA 14:2013, including provision of cables with all accessories, laying of cables in suitable HDPE/DWC/GI pipes, connections, interconnections, earthing, civil foundation work, cutting & repairing the roads, fixing the bollard, concrete work etc. complete as per site requirement. (4 Hydraulic Bollards of K8 Rating and associated system= 1 SET) i. Height- minimum 800 mm(measured from the top of the bollard to the top of foundation frame) ii. Bollard Dia.- minimum 273 mm (OD) iii. Thickness - 16 mm (min) iv. Rising/Descent Time - 3 to 6 sec v. Frequency of Operation - minimum 100 cycles/hr vi. Power Fail Operation - minimum 03 (three) full cycle operation. vii.Control Panel - UP/Down/Stop, middle stop operation and maintenance switch

Dismantling of existing Hydraulic Bollards System alongwith Control Panel, Cables etc including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable civil material/debris, finishing the damaged pavement with cement concrete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge complete as required. (4 Bollards and associated system=1 SET)
