Laying of one number PVC / XLPE insulated and PVC inner / tape sheathed armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm size in the existing RCC / HUME / METAL / GI / DWC / HDPE pipe etc. complete as required.

Providing, laying and fixing of 150 mm dia medium class G.I. pipe in ground complete with G.I. collar / fittings including trenching and re-filling with leveling the surface etc. complete as required.

Supply and laying 140 mm, PN 6, PE 63 grade size HDPE pipe using Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) method including jointing of pipe for cable diversion with arrangement & mobilization of all machinery, tools & pit excavation etc. complete as required.

Design, fabrication, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of cubicle, fragile type outdoor feeder pillar box of minimum size 450 X 450 X 300 mm depth, suitable for operation on 415V, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50Hz, AC supply system, fabricated in totally enclosed, free standing, non-extensible, IP-66 rated design from CRCA sheet steel of 1.6 mm thick for frame work and covers, 3 mm thick for gland plates, complete with 50 kA for 1 sec. rated 200 Amps current capacity Aluminium Bus-bars, hinged front & back door opening & locking arrangement, painted/powder coated with one coat of red oxide & two coats of synthetic enamel paint, suitable openings at the bottom for cable entries, earthing bolts etc. The box shall be mounted on MS structure with breakable coupling and suitable flanges to be grouted in 1:2:4 cement concrete including providing & laying in position cement concrete (PCC) of specified grade around the feeder boxes (PCC Size 1Mtr X 1 Mtr X 0.25 Mtr) (1:2:4) (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) with suitable HDPE pipe for cable in & out to the boxes, etc. complete as per technical specifications as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs of following size for PVC / XLPE insulated and PVC inner / tape sheathed armoured power cable, aluminium conductor of 1.1KV grade etc. complete as required.

Excavation in hard rock / PCC / bituminous including getting out the excavated material and refilling the trench excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. complete as required.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of grade 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand(zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering, shuttering etc. complete as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement with charcoal / coke and salt etc. Complete as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling etc. complete as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing etc. complete as required.

Earthing with Copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long with charcoal / coke and salt etc. complete as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling the trench etc. complete as required.

Providing & fixing of 25 mm X 5 mm Copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. complete as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal / coke and salt etc. complete as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm GI strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. complete as required.
