Dismantling mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for including removing the dismantled material of the site complete all as specified and directed.

S & F fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugation side lap with coach screw & washer in roof, wall etc. of 2 mm thick. Fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts in liew of screw.

S & F, prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.60 mm of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and directed. ( Note - The self driven screw shall be adequate length to driven in to complete thickness of purline/raft etc and to be provided with one bitumen washer and the gap if ant shall filled with silicon gel to avoid any leakage).

S & F of roof turbo air ventilator 24"/600mm throat outer 510mm dia top bottom ring S S 304, 0.5mm thick aluminium blade of 42 Nos. fins and FRP based as per roof profile sheet 1.5 to 2mm thick 1800 mm length and 1080 mm width (premoulded transperent) and fixing over roof sheet of industrial building of height more then 15.00 mtr. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; and posts and struts in fencing including cutting , cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes,notching for wire etc. flat iron filets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or rivetting etc. and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165.

M & L for preparation of new steel surface of any description, n exc 10cm in width or girth priming with red oxide and applying synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed.

Taking down asbestos cement pressure pipes (150mm dia), any class (including all fittings) including disconnecting pipes and fittings complete all as specified & directed

S&F high density polytheline pipe (HDPE) 150mm dia, PN 10 including all fitings like bends, elbow, T, shoes, etc fixed complete all as specified & directed

M&L rendering 10mm thick on fare faces on concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement).

M&L for preparing of new plastered surface of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of chalk whiting complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing of new decorated wall surfaces including cornices plasters etc, and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of chalk whiting ( oil emulsion ) on wall surfaces all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC type B1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded aggregate as in copping, filling gaps between roof sheeting and walls etc. complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of wall and celing boards (fibre, pulp, insulations., etc. or insulation boards/blanket, any thickness, includind cover fillets)

S&F 4 mm thick non asbestos fibre cement building board fixed or laid / inserted ti gride in celling complete all as specified and directed.

Applying two coats of white wash on new ceiling surface including preparation of surface.

special Electircal repairs to lightning protection & roof light of EXTRUSION section at O.F.Katni (from Sl.No. 1.18 to 1.27). Lightning protection & roof light:- Taking out old unserviceable air terminal rod any size/any type complete all as directed.

dismentling and taking out old unservisable GI/aluminium strip of any size complete all as directed.

M& L Air termination, single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long.

M&L Aluminium strip 25 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground.

M&L Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw.

M&L Galvanised iron strip 32 x 6mm buried in ground.

SUPPLY and fixing of GI pipe 40mm dia for fixing ait termination on roof .

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses,pendants, regulators sockets etc. to be separately), removing materials to store for keepingmeasured in safe custody for reuse at site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc.

(d) Supplying and fixing all accessories such as screws,clips, plugs, clamps, etc. as specified for securing cables, battens, conduits etc. to walls, steel joists etc. (e) Supplying and fixing PVC or steel conduits for mechanical protection of cables as specified. (f) Supplying and fixing bushed conduits or porcelain tuning, as specified, for wiring to pass through walls, floors etc.(h) Supplying and fixing joint or junction-boxes and connecting the same as ordered in case of batten wiring. (j) Supplying and fixing earth wire and earthing connections, as specified, including all accessories required for the same. (k) Supplying and fixing/drawing for each individual circuit from the distributionseparate neutral wire board (or iron clad in lieu). (I) Cutting holes in or through walls, taking up and refixing floor boards, notching or drilling holes through joints and making good all disturbed work to match the existing. (m) Shellac varnishing as specified, to wood battens, wood blocks and other wood fittings and fixtures. (n) Painting of battens and cables or surface conduits alongwith the painting of walls. (o) Testing, as specified.
