Fabrication and supply at site complete assembly of steel Top Plate, Bed plate, anchor bolt, screw bolt, other fittings and elastomeric bearing confirming to IS-3400, IS 226, BS 5400, IRC suitable for railway bridge composite girders of different spans as per RDSO standard drawing and specification. Top and bottom plates of the bearing shall be vulcanised with elastomeric pad, not glude/pasted. The manufacturing of elastomeric bearings including steel bed plate, fittings will be as per relevant RDSO standard drawing of span arrangement. The rates shall be inclusive of all taxes 04 including GST, loading, unloading, lifting, transportation, including all testing. The rate shall include cost of load test of one no. bearing from Railway approved firms. Rate shall also include inspection charges for third party inspection such as RITES/RDSO or any other agency as approved by the Engineer in charge. (Note- 1. The design of elastomeric bearings will be suitable for span arrangement, gradient , curve (if any) in the Bridge as per approved GAD. All adjustment of gradient/curve shall be done in top plate of bearing/separate shim plate above the top plate of bearing as approved by the Engineer in charge. 2. The rate is for finished item complete as per drawing and paid 50 % when bearing received at site and remaining 50 % after fixing in position below the girder) (D) 30.5 M clear span

Lifting of 12.20 m,/18.30m/ 24.40m /30.50m span steel composite girder with deck 1 slab in running traffic by providing suitable capacity hydraulic jacks and removing non vulcanized bearing beneath the girder and placing the girder on wooden blocks packing and refixing of vulcanized bearing.
