Supply of Relay plug-in type, Style- QECX 61(AC LED All Aspects), AC lamp proving relay unit, slow release neutral line relay, 4F-4B contacts, front & back contacts metal to carbon, shall be suitable for working in series with the 110V/15W AC, LED signal complete with plug board, retaining clip & connectors. Confirming to BRS 941A, STS/E/RELAY/AC LIT LED SIG./09- 2002Amdt-1. The interlocking pin code for this unit shall be ABGHK (Material Inspected by RDSO)

Installation, alteration, Modification in wiring, testing. Station commissioning of El asper approved SIP of Mathela Station. This also includes wiring of relay base plate to other baseplate, to IDF, to tag block ,function wiring up to CT rack, fixing of Relays, wiring of fuse, power equipment, block instrument, Operating panel, keylock, test board etc. fixing of ladder, relay plug boards, terminal, blocks, terminal fuse board, fuses bus bar, lacing of wires, fixing of eyelet, modification in VDU Layout to suit yard layout etc. as per approved diagram or Logic, testing 1 &soldering after testing.wiring to be done by contractor's own Material. Contractor shall organize FAT testing for Railway.After completion of FAT Testing , difference reports to be submitted to HQ for approval by contractor. Functional testing, selection table testing with contractor's simulation panel. This includes supply of all related consumable materials like, Jumper Wire, Rosin core, lacing thread, PVC bunching tape and buttons eyelets of sizes, resistance, condenser, diodes, LED's etc, asper the existing arrangement in Relay room in connection with closing of LC 01 near MTA Station as per attached IP. This also includes any other alteration/wiring required for making the El functional. QTY UNIT MENTIONED AS PER UNIT TO BEREAD AS PER STATION

All Panel room works involving alteration, wiring of control cum indication panel, Group phones, test boards, etc. in connection with Relay interlocking/IBS at existing station. This includes laying and termination of cable, if any from panel room to relay room/IPS in GI/HDPE pipe.

Fixing of GI pipe for crossing culvert ,bridges etc. and concreating the ends with brick masonry at both ends as per instruction of railway engineer at site.

Laying of DWC pipes alongwith collars in trenches at places wherever required as per the instruction of engineer at site.

"Excavation of trench as per cable route plan, 1.2 mtr deep, 300mm wide at the bottom along main line in normal soil. This work includes covering of cable laid in trenches by loose soil for a layer of 50 mm thickness approximately before covering by shahabad stone/bricks, clearing 5 of route, bushes etc and refilling of the trench by excavated soil and ramming after laying of the required quantity of cables as per instructions of Engineer at site. If it is not possible to reach the required depth at any location, then the contractor shall obtain prior approval of Engineer-in-charge before commencement of cable laying process and only then shall the proportionate payment be made to the contractor."

Excavation of cable trench as per cable route plan, 1 mtr. Deep and 300 mm wide along side the track in hard soil, confirming to distances as per cable route plan and refilling after 6 cable laying. This work includes covering of cable laid in trenches by loose soil for a layer of 50 mm thickness approximately before covering by shahbad stone/bricks, clearing of route, bushes etc. The work shall be done as per extant practice on W.C.Rly. & instruction of Rly. engineer at site. In case depth of trench not achievable due to site conditions proportionate payment will be made.

Excavation of cable trench 1 mtr. deep and 300mm wide across the track, for track crossing and refilling after laying of DWC pipes and restore the track to its original condition. The work shall be done as per extant practice on W.C. Rly & instruction of Rly engineer at site.

"Cutting of all types of Roads prepratory to trenching & excavation to depth of 1 Mtr X 8 300 mm wide approximately and refilling after laying of DWC/GI pipes and restore to its original condition as per WCR Drg. no. TS/Cable laying/12/03/04 attached. The work shall be done as per extant practice on W.C.Rly & instruction of Rly engineer at site."

"Preperation of cable way 150mm wide at the bottom and 300mm deep in rocky area 9 & refilling the same (after cable laying in DWC pipe) with concrete mixture of proportion 1:3:6 and grouting the ends at either side of the rocky portion using concrete mixture with contractor's own cement and other materials."

Laying of signalling/Power/Telecom cable of various cores/sizes in trenches. The work shall be done as per extant practice followed on W.C.Railway and as per the instructions of Railway Engineer at site.

Placing and securing of cable route marker in trenches at the specified interval and at diversion joint etc .along the cable route The work shall be done as per extant practice on WCR & the instruction of Rly engineer at site.

"Excavation, casting and plastering (above ground level) of main signal foundation as 12 per Drg.No.SK- 749 based on Drg No RST 11173 with contractor's own materials including cement and anchor bolts of standard size. The hole for cable entry should be kept as per site requirement and instruction of Rly engineer at site. The required scaffolding Ferma etc for casting of foundation will have to be brought by the contractor at his own cost."

Erection of CLS Post with Surface base and signal unit on top or on OFF set Bracket, 13 fixing of front and back staging, ladder and guards, signal no. plates and A/AG/C/P/G marker boards if any with contractors own brackets and fixing materials. This also includes erection of auxiliary signals like calling on, shunt signal if any. The work shall be done as per instructions of Rly engineer at site.

Fixing of Stop Board, Blocksection limit Board, goodswarning board or IB instrcutionboard with contractors ownmaterial. The work shall bedone as per instruction of Rlyengineer at site.

Termination of tail cable on Main & Auxiliary signal units and wiring with contractor own material, fixing of lenses, transformer, MECR, LED unit etc. The work shall be done as per instruction of Rly engineer at site.

Excavation, casting and plastering (above ground level) of Apparatus case foundation with contractors own Metal Sheet frame, cement, anchor bolts and other materials.----Single case as per Drg No JBP/S&T/C/084

"Erection of Apparatus cases with miniature E Type Locks with keys as per spec. No 17 IRS S 30/64 & RDSO Drg. No. SA 3376/M with latest amendments.This includes filling of location foundation with river bed sand and plastering on top of the sand.Apparatus cases will be provided by railway from SSE/Depot.--Single case."

Fabrication and fixing of phenolic laminated sheet in location box by providing all fixtures as per Railway Drawing including fixing of PVC coated string rods at the back side for cable 18 support with contractor's own material and for fixing equipment and battery as per site requirement. The work shall be done as per drg and arrangement similar to RST/C/11175/A, 11176/A & 007/I&II as per instructions of Rly engineers at site with latest alterations and as per instructions of Rly. Engineer at site. Hylem sheet will be provided by railway from SSE/depot. ----Single case

"Fixing of ARA /WAGO Terminals/Pheonix terminal in locations with provision of hole in 19 location boxes/CT rack and else where. This includes provision of two additional holes on the hylam board on either side for cable conductor entry. The work shall be done as per instruction of site engineer at site."

"Termination of cable cores on ARA terminal/Wago/Pheonix terminal and fuse blocks in apparatus cases etc.This includes all associated works of pulling out the cable from underground dressing of cable making wiring etc. Both end of cable core shall be counted as per conductor. It includes cable armouring earthing with contractor's own material. The work shall be done as per location plan and instruction of Rly. engineer at site."

"Installation & fixing of earth electrode assembly as per drg. No. CR/SK-753 including earth wire connected through GI wire 8 SWG supported on M.S. flat of size 6mm x 40mm to earth 21 electrode for signaling Equipment such as lever frames, apparatus cases, signals, relay racks, block instruments etc. as per RE manual. The earth value should be less than 10 ohms including the lead wire. It should be documented and painted on earth enclosure made of concrete (only earth electrodes will be supplied by Rly.) Contractor will bring Earth enclosure and all other material required for provision of earthing"

"Painting two coats of enamel paint over one coat of Red Oxide primer on the 22 following items after scrapping and cleaning of the surface wherever necessary. Dismantling and releasing of Colour light signal, Location Box Which includes 25 dismantling of signal fittings complete &location box fitting complete. All dismantled materials to be transported and stacked in the store of SSE/Sig/C/Store/BPL or any other store of WC railway as per consignee.

Design and supply of Detailed Signalling Circuits including panel diagram (if required),SWRD, Control table, Route section plan , Selection Table,Fuse & Negative Tag Analysis,Contact Analysis , Relay RackArrangement and wire countsheet etc. in A3 size, Completioncircuit shall be ploted in Autocad.The contractor shall initiallysupply 2 Sets of circuits dulysigned by the circuit designerhaving substantial experience ondesign side for making suchcircuits 27 , complete for approvalof Railways. Railway will returnone set of circuit to thecontractor duly approved withalterations/ corrections, if any.The contractor shall incorporatedRailway's alterations/correctionsin the original tracings & CDwithout any deviation and submittwo copies of the modifiedcircuits. Original tracings somodified & final CD complete inall respects alongwith 4 sets offinal approved circuits (out ofwhich one set shall be suppliedin transparent polythene bags.Only two sheets of cicuits shallbe placed in one polythenebag/cover each) shall besubmitted to the Railways incase there are no furtheralteration suggested by Railways.
