Plastic Covers, Tin/iron Boxes And Gunny Bags Will Not Be Delivered To The Purchaser. 5.weight Of The Lot Has Been Calculated On Approximate Basis Subject To Any Variation During Delivery By Actual Weighment. 6.the Bidder Should Have A Formal Contract Or Arrangement With A Reputed Paper Mill Before Participation In The Auction, So That He Can Get The Papers Pulped In The Presence Of Nominated Rrb Official And The Mill Should Issue A Certificate To That Effect Immediately After Pulping.
