Removing of existing track including removing rails, sleeper and ballast with all contractor's materials, tools, plants and labours. This is to be carried out during traffic block for each bridge.

Laying of track on newly laid box including filling of ballast, laying of MBC sleepers, rails and lifting, packing track to meet out longitudinal alignment, gauge level of approaches to make track fit for 20 KMPH.

Supplying and stacking of machine crushed stone ballast of size 65mm confirming to Rly's specification.

Placement of precast RCC segmental box with help of road crane at desired location, carefully by 4 pulling method during traffic and power block with all contractor's labour, tools and materials, crane, machinery, preparation of surface as directed by Engineer, including inserting Rly's 32mm dia rods 1200 mm long in holes filling of joints by epoxy mortar and laying of required sand including cost of epoxy and sand.

Submission of completion drawings of GAD as per Railway's practice prepared on AUTO-CAD with CD (if not submitted Rs.20000/- will be deducted from the final bill) complete in all respect in four BP copies with one set of original tracing film.

Launching of Railway's relieving girder of overall length from 12 to 22 m after removing track, ballast, excavation earth.

Delaunching of Railway's 12.00 to 22 m long relieving girder from bridges and stacking at bridge approach with contractor's equipment & machinery complete.

Transportation of RH girder 12 to 22 m

Erection/Launching of fabricated steel structure with all contractor's labour scaffolding, leading max. 200 m tools and plants etc.

Supplying, providing , laying, and fixing 5 mm thick concrete canvas (flexible concrete impregnted fabric that hardness when hydrated to form a thin, durable water proof and fire resistent concrete layer within 24 Hrs.) in the joint of RCC box segments of the small opening bridges and Subway/ Limited height box Subway and other required work Note :-(i) Contractor shall submit all relevant Test Certificate of the material (ii) The adopted 10 retes are deemed to included all taxes (GST) (Direct & indirect), Royalty , Octroi etc, of Central Government/state government/Local Body etc. and all the incidental charges (iii) Mass of unset concrete canvas should be 7 Kg/Sqm and density (unset) should be 1500 Kg/Cum (iv) The rates including all the cost of lead , lift, loading, unloading all type of transportation , ascent, decent , crossing of Railway track , road, Nallah, wherever required and execution under traffic block with all contractor's labour, material to complete in all respect (v) The work to be executed as parallel activity during launching of segmental boxes for bridges/LHS under traffic block
