"Complete operation, running, cleaning and maintenance of pump house and valves at various water supply installation ( 10 Nos. Pump houses) under ADEN/HQ/JBP for two year. A. Operation includes:- i) Running of pumps with the help of trained workers ( in three shift of eight hrs.) to provide uninterrupted water supply including dosing of chemicals like - Bleaching powder, Sodium 1 hypo chloride, Lime, Ferric Alum etc as per the direction of Engineer in Charge. The chemicals will be provided by the railway. " ii) Sweeping and cleaning of pump houses, valves, Open wells and out side surroundings. "B. Maintenance include:- i) Minor maintenance of pumps, machine greasing & gland replacement and tightening valves gland tightening & replacement if necessary, Foot valve washer replacement." ii) Work includes all full staff for 24 hrs. ensuring water supply throughout 24 hrs at pumps. The work includes all taxes levises of state and central govt. or other bodies, transportation, lead lift etc complete.
