Metal deck sheet IS 277 galvanised suppling and fixing of 1.5 mm thick galvanised metal deck steel 2 sheet with crest height of 51 mm pitch 240 mm sheet width 750 mm (cover width 720 mm) length as per site requirement up to 12 m. There will be Zinc coating of 120 GSM both side inclusive yield strength of 240 mpa. Sheet supplied will be embossing which act as composite formwork.

Proof checking of design & drawing of ROB by any IIT/NIT.

Drilling of hole,insertion of bolt in ballast retainer and epoxy grouting the bolts including supply of 4 bolts with nuts and washer as per drawing and instruction of railway's engineer with all labour, tools and plants etc. complete in all respect.

Conducting high strain dynamic testing as per ASTMD-495-89 code of American society for testing 5 & material on cast in situ RCC piles of 1000MM/1200MM inclusive of all analysis, including all contractors equipments, manpower, site preparation, builtup of pile head, lead & lift etc complete as per standard procedure & as directed by Engineer-in-charge including submission of load test result in triplicate after satisfactory completion of load test.

Extra over USSOR Item No- 041011 for Bow String Girder instead of Open Web Girder (Payment to be made as per theoretical weight of girder as per approved plan).

Supplying, providing, welding of Stud shear connecter (minimum yield stress of 385 N/mm2, a minimum tensile strength of 495 N/mm2 and a minimum elongation of 15% prior to the cold formation of the head) by stud arc welding method with flange of steel girder as per designed parameters. The studs and the surface to 7 which the studs are welded shall be free from scale and rust, metal spray, grease, oil, paint or other material which would affect the quality of the weld. Stud shear connectors shall conform to property class SD1 of BS EN ISO 13918:2008 and shall be subjected to the Ring test & Bend test as per EN 5400-6. Rate include transporting the material at all height including fixtures, back up supports, accessories, including loading. unloading, lift and taxes complete. Trained personnel shall carryout the welding of Stud shear connector. Guide line as IRS B-1 (Latest version) BS EN ISO 13918:2008 & BS-5400 to be followed.

Supplying, providing, tightening of all types of High Strength Frictional Grip (HSFG) bolts, nuts & washers/DTI washers conforming to IS: 4000 :1992, IS 3757:1985 (reaffirmed 2003), IS 6623 :2004 & IS 6649 having property class 8.8/10.9 as decided by Engineer in charge, diameter preferred/non preferred sizes, length 8 as desired/designed with coating consisting of Zinc phosphate as per IS 1367 (Pt-XII) in all type of steel girder Road/Rail. Rate includes tightening of all the types of HSFG bolts at stress level as per IS: 4000, at all height including fixtures, back up supports, accessories, transporting to site, including loading, unloading, lift and taxes complete. Trained personnel shall carryout the tightening/installation of HSFG bolts. For HSFG bolts, minimum two washers shall be provided, one DTI & one plain washer. Guide lines as per IRS B-1 (latest version) & RDSO report No. BS-111 (Revision 2) to be followed.

Laying of track on newly laid box including filling of ballast, laying of PSC sleepers, rails and lifting, 9 packing of track to meet out longitudinal alignment, gauge level of approaches to make track fit for 20 KMPH with all contractor's labours, materials, tools, plants & machinery, consumables including all lead, lift, ascent, descent, wastage, temporary establishment etc. including all incidental works and other expenditures complete in all respects as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Filling and placing sand/earth bags to protect slope failure as per the site condition only in case of emergency

Removing of existing track including removing rails, sleepers and ballast with all contractor's 11 labours, materials, tools, plants & machinery, consumables including all lead, lift ascent, descent, wastage, temporary establishment etc. including all incidental works and other expenditures complete in all respects as directed by Engineer-in-charge. This work is to be carried out during traffic block for each bridge.

RCC M-40 /M-35 or as per approved drawing controlled concrete in segmental box with 20mm 12 crushed stone aggregated including formwork, shuttering, staging, mixing, placing, vibrating, materials etc. complete as directed by engineer in charge (excluding reinforcement steel & Cement). Payment of cement and reinforcement steel will be paid under relevant USSOR items.

Supplying, providing, laying, and fixing 5 mm thick concrete canvas (flexible concrete impregnated 13 fabric that hardness when hydrated to form a thin, durable water proof and fire resistant concrete layer within 24Hrs) in the joint of RCC box segments of the small opening bridges and Subway/ Limited height box Subway and other required works.

Dismantling/De-assembling of steel work on bridge without damaging any components of the spans.

Launching of precast segmental RCC boxes with the help of road crane at desired location carefully, during traffic and power block with all contractor labours, tools & materials, crane machinery, preparation of surfaces etc. complete as directed by engineer-in -charge.

Launching/insertion of railway's relieving girder of overall length from 12m to 26.80m after removing track, ballast, excavation earth on properly prepared wooden /CC cribs supports as per the approved scheme of 16 launching, Railway drawings and specifications, by contractor's own tools, plants, machineries, labour, equipments etc. The work included fixing of track i.e. sleepers and rails to railway specifications and standards on the relieving girder and necessary adjustments in the longitudinal and cross levels after insertion of the relieving girder in track to maintain safety of trains on the relieving girder and its approaches.

De-launching/removal of Railway's 12.00m to 26.80m long relieving girder from bridge and stacking 17 at approach with contractor's labour, trailer, cranes, derricks, tools and plants, equipments, consumables etc. complete as per specifications, special conditions and detailed scope of work given in the tender and as directed by the engineer in charge. Note -1 :- Dismantling of the overlaying track shall be paid through other relevant items.

Transportation of relieving Girder/CC cribs /or any other railway material including loading, unloading, leading, lifting, hoisting, lowering with all equipments, tools & plants, labour, cranes etc. complete.

Assembling of fabricated steel structure with all contractor's labour, scaffolding, tools and plants including provision of service bolts and drilling holes as per requirement in existing members for erection as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
