Dismantling of old rubber seal flat & musical note type and Pre cleaning of SS plate of rubber seal & roller track with buffing, grinding and after cleaning painting surface with first layer of primer and then finish coat (two coats) of solvent coal tar epoxy paint using airless spray to provide film thickness of 150 micron per coats both side and Fixing of new rubber seal with nut bolts etc.testing and trail complete job as required including all material, labour complete job 2 side plate & 1 base plate each for each gate. Providing of Stainless steel counter shank nut bolts with washer of required size and type, as per specifications with testing, including all lead and lifts,packing & forwarding charges for all components etc. complete. Bolt size 20mm dia and 76mm length with two no. of washer approx. weight 180 gm complete ( 25 kg for each gate total 25x4= 100kg)

Supply and laying, testing & commissioning of following sizes of copper conductor control cables on existing tray including fixing clamps & proper connections to equipment etc. complete as required.4Cx 6 sq.mm

Repairing and servicing of pulley of 3 no. of service gate and 1 no of emergency gate of Saddle dam Bari with replacement of bush of pulley (as per old bush) for free movement of pulley with providing and fixing of duplex chain of hoist assembly and setting alignment of gates with locking of lock plate with nut bolts and material with test and trails complete job at site. 6 pulley of service gate and 2 pulley of Emergency gate

Dismantling, refitting, servicing of Rollers and alignment of guide of service gates of Saddle dam Bari with replacement of roller bearings, nut bolt, seal, bush, oil seal, o-ring of rollers , lock plate etc. with oiling greasing and all other required items with test and trails at site complete job. 4 rollers in each gate Gate size 2.85x3.15 sq. mtr

Dismantling, refitting and servicing of Rollers of Emergency gate of Saddle damBari with replacement of roller bearings, Eccentric pin/shaft with square cut shape in one end for adjustment, Lock plate, bronze bush, cover plate,nut bolts, machinery labour, cutting, aligning, welding, finishing cleaning, seal, bush, oil seal, o-ring etc. with oiling greasing and all other required items at site complete job. 12big + 4 small rollers in each gate Gate size 3.5x4.48 sq. mtr.

Servicing of Hoist Assembly For Service gate & Emergency Gate of Saddle dam With Necessary Material i.e. Couplings, Duplex Chain, Bush, Nut & Bolt etc.

Repairing And Servicing of Electro Magnetic Break Coil (as per old break coil) Replacement of Break Coil , Replacement of break Shoe must be fitted in reverse forward motor assembly with wiring, nut bolts and couplings etc. test & trial complete job at site. 3 no of service gate + 2 no of emergency gate of saddle dam

Servicing & Re-varnishing of Motor Of Hoist Assembly

Repair, maintenance and servicing of spring loaded alignment system of Boom of emergency gate of saddle dam with material, spring, nut bolt, welding cutting alignment with labour complete job at site

Repair maintenance and servicing of reverse forward motor. Removing the old burn winding from stator & cleaning of slot then complete rewinding of reverse forward motor by using PVC insulated ISI marked quality copper conductor with suitable gauge, old material non-returnable to the department including insulating material like bamboo, strip, fire proof papers, sleeve, cotton tape, PVC tape including cable jointing of motor. Changing of broken shaft, bearings, couplings, terminals nut bolts etc. including to and fro charges with opening and refitting the job from site with testing complete job and as directed by the engineer incharge at site. 3HP/5HP

Providing supplying and fixing of automatic brake shoe assembly (as per old assembly) for reverse forward motor 3 HP/5 HP of ISI marked quality with replacement of coupling, fitting of job at site with testing and trial etc. complete job at site (For gantry crane)

Labour charges for gate opening & resetting of gate on sill beam, adjustment of guide shoe, alignment of gate, adjustment of rollers for perfect sealing with test and trail with material complete job at site. 3 no. service gates + 1 no. emergency gate of Saddle dam Bari

Engraving pattern on all moving rollers with servicing of gantry crane to increase friction to avoid slipping during rainy season, which results movement of gantry crane in all directions and setting alignment of the gantry crane.

Removing of WW 90 headstock parts and rods from 3 service gate room and transport it to the store with all labour and transportation complete work.

Under water survey, cutting of stricken and damaged trash rack and removal of trash rack parts from underwater to the surface, cutting of entangled part of trash rack, which is obstructing the path of saddle dam emergency gate and service gate from closing due to which discharge from saddle dam gates cannot be reduced, making arrangement including underwater cutting with all necessary equipment with underwater cutting rod, oxygen cylinder & pipe etc. complete work as per site condition and making arrangement to clear the bottom in water so that service gate can be closed with the arrangement of wire rope, U-clamp, D-cycle, nut bolts, hydra etc. gate work as per site condition, work under water up to 12 meter depth in open service gates of saddle dam including tools and tackles with transportation charges. Four diver with helping staff or as required as per site condition, complete job.
