Construction of Dehra Dam on Dehra Nala, tributary of Bina River having Minimum gross capacity of 72.36 MCM & Semraghat Weir on Dhasan River of Minimum capacity of 6.51 MCM on turnkey basis with maximum total submergence of 1034 Ha land, 4 MW Power House at Dehra Dam, Feeder channel with regulating structure from Dhasan river to Dehra nala comprising of detailed survey, preparation of Construction design, drawings and obtaining approval of all construction design, drawings from the competent authority including construction of all civil, mechanical, and electrical works involved in the construction of Dam, Weir & Power House. The work includes survey of Head Work, Power house, Feeder channel and Submergence with Fixing of Chainage cum Boundary Stone, geological investigations, hydrology approval, preparation, and submission of complete Land Acquisition (LA) cases to competent authority for land acquisition of dam seat, Feeder channel , Power house and submergence area and perusing LA cases for award, forest clearance, environmental clearance(if required), NHAI clearance, and all other clearances which are required for dam and weir construction. Construction of permanent two lane CC road for dam approach from SH or NH road, Concrete Overflow block, Non-over flow blocks including power block, Energy Dissipation arrangement, earthen dam including river training and construction of coffer dam, provision of environmental sluice and Radial gates with hoisting arrangements, Stop log arrangements, gantry crane with rails arrangement, RCC T beam Deck slab bridge with minimum 6.5 meter width and foot bridge etc. and hoist supporting structures with primer anti corrosive and painting necessary as per IS CODE for all component of steel structure involved in construction, including removal of defect for 60 months in defect liability period, model study of the project Construction, Planning & Design of control room, Guest House, staff room and chaukidar quarter Building with supply of generator and procurement, supply and erection of DG set with required capacity for operation of all gates with one stand by generator and maintenance of all components for five years after completion of the project, including dam break analysis, Emergency action plan(EAP) preparation, gate operation manual, instrumentation in dam for monitoring and any other work as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge as per details given in scope of work. The work also includes Watch and ward, Management, Operation and Maintenance (MOM) for the Period of 60 months for dams, weir including its all component and 120 months for power house including its all components.
