The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar works, each costing not less than 20% of the probable amount of the contract during the last 3 financial years. - Two similar works, each costing not less than 30% of the probable amount of the contract during the last 3 financial years. - One similar work of aggregate cost not less than 50% of the probable amount of the contract during the last 3 financial years. Additionally, the bidder should have executed similar items of work in any one financial year during the last 3 financial years, with a minimum physical requirement of 115635 cum of cement concrete work. The bidder should also have an average annual construction turnover of not less than 50% of the probable amount of the contract during the last 3 financial years. In terms of key personnel experience: - Project Manager: Minimum 8 years of similar work experience and a total of 10 years of work experience, with a qualification of BE/B.Tech. - Site Engineer: Minimum 3 years of similar work experience and a total of 5 years of work experience, with a qualification of BE/Diploma. - Site Supervisor: Minimum 2 years of similar work experience and a total of 3 years of work experience, with a qualification of Diploma.
