The value of executed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a given escalation/enhancement factor. The bidder should have a solvency of 40% of the tendered cost from a bank or 10% solvency of the estimated cost from the District Magistrate.
The estimated cost of the work for which bids are invited is Rs. 227.27 Lacs with GST 18%.
