The Eligibility requirements mentioned are: 1. Experience Criteria: - 3 Years of experience in providing same/similar services. - The Bidder or its OEM should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU for 3 years before the bid opening date. - The bidder should have experience in supplying similar products or services. - OEM company for Camera & NVR should have its own company registered in India since last 10 years. - CCTV OEM should have manufacturing in India since last Five years and Foreign CCTV OEM should have manufacturing unit globally from last 10 Years. 2. Past Performance: - The Bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 10% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU. - The bidder should have a good past performance record. - The bidder must have supplied a minimum of 2,000 IP CCTV cameras to any State Government, Central Government, or Public Sector Undertaking in India over the past seven years.
