Structural steel work in single section fixed with or without connecting plate including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying coat of approved steel primer all complete.

12.50: Providing and fixing precoatedgalvanized iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as 5% total coated thickness (TC T), Zinc coating 120gsm as per IS:277 in approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.05 mm. 240 mpa mm steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches while transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55mm) with EPDM seal or with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Brick work with Fly ash bricks of class designation 75 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level in all shapes and sizes in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand ).

13.90 Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (Ready mix) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :

9.62 Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S.sliding door bolts with nuts and screws etc. complete 250mm x16 mm

13.61 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work.13.61.1 Two or more coats on new work

15.60 Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all loads including all lifts involved.
