The values mentioned for Eligibility requirements are: - 50% of bid quantity for Past Performance - 3 Financial years for Experience Criteria and Past Performance The technical certifications required by the bidder to participate in this tender are: - Certificate (Requested in ATC) - OEM Authorization Certificate - Additional Doc 1 (Requested in ATC) - Additional Doc 2 (Requested in ATC) - BIS registration for safety general requirements as per IS 13252 (Part 1) - Availability of security testing report for CCTV/VSS issued by standardization Testing and Quality certification (STQC) Laboratory or any other agency notified by Meity. - BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) registration, specifically IS 13252 (Part - 1) certification.
