CO2 Incubator/ Carbonation Test Chamber

The Chamber fabricated with high quality MS/stainless steel powder coated exterior finish and interior with standard welding for vapour type finish with the features detailed below: 1) Internal dimensions: 600mm X 600mm X 600 mm ; Volume : 210 Ltrs. 2) Heating/Temperature measurement system: In conel sheathed type evenly spaced in the annular space surrounding the working volume with range of +10 OC to +60OC having Temperature Measurement Accuracy of +/- 0.1 OC and Temperature Control Accuracy of +/- 1 OC after stabilization. 3)Humidifier system :consisting of air atomizers for humidification, warm water vapor generator, complete with blowing system, heating and over-heat safety system, air compressor with refrigerated drier and direct measurement platinum resistance type sensors for humidity measurement and control with Humidity Range (RH) : 40% to 95% RH, ± 2% in standard temp range and Humidity Measurement Accuracy : +/- 1% RH 4) CO2 Purging and Control System : consisting of CO2 purging valve assembly provided for purging of CO2 inside the chamber, transmitter for detecting CO2 level in the air, control mechanism for closing and opening if purging valve to maintain the set concentration level, Controller attached in Chrome Plated Brass regulator with Pre-heater for CO2 Cylinder with CO2 Measurement and Control Range0 to 10% (CO2 Sensor with automatic baseline Correction)Flexibility to set between Ambient 0.035% to 10%. 5) Refrigeration Unit: Single Stage Air Cooled Condenser System, complete with Compressor, Condensing unit, and CFC free refrigeration gas. 6) Door Assembly and Viewing window : Door System with full front opening type, compensating hinges with locking mechanism, 400 X 400mm viewing window suitably insulated with non-flammable Rock-wool with light and Interlock protection. 7) Fan System: High performance suitably mounted motor drives internal fan. 8) Controller system and Display: High performance Multi Loop PID Controller, PC interface with Advanced control algorithm inclusive of acquisition and configuration software, High Stability Control & High Precision input, Real time clock, High accuracy, high stability temperature and process controller, Dual 7-segment display (5 digit) of the process value and set point, Automatic tuning, self-correcting input circuit show measured variable and set value in OC, and humidity in % RH and CO2 in % Concentration. 9) Safety features: consisting of standard door interlock, under & over temperature protection, circuit breaker, thermal overload relay for fans and compressor, safety alarm for chamber malfunction and input supply variation 10%. Calibration: Standard NABL certificated Calibration for carbonation chamber/components. Other features : • Drain for condensate and cleaning water will be provided. • External Storage tank for DM/Distilled Water will be provided • Earth point will be provided • The power consumption by safety & control devices will be as low as possible. • Energy efficient motors will be used (Siemens/Alstom). • All the electrical items used shall be of std IP 55grade suitable for • Humidity chamber ( Schneider Electric ) • All the switch gears and MCB’s used in the construction shall be of high quality reputed brands • Noise Level of the chamber shall be with in 70dBA measured at 1Mtr distance Electrical Supply:415 VAC ±10%, 3 Phase, 50 Hz + N + E OR Any other equipment with equivalent or higher specifications
