Carrying load testing of the crane as per I S 3177 latest edition as and when informed and taking out measures as required for ensuring effective brake system for all the three movements of crane,efficient performance of limit switches, power units,all fuses,indicators,push buttons, reassembling of bearings,pendents etc including replacement if any, servicving of gear box,drum,rope, all moving parts,mechanical parts including rails,guides,welds etc complete and maintain the same to ensure proper functioning of brakes. .Frequency of the load test shall be once in a year.Contractor should accordingly quote their rates.Dead weights and fork lift with fork lift operator required for the load test shall be arranged by the department however contractor shall have to deploy necessary labour for the same.Periodic inspection,preventive maintenance and servicing of EOT cranes of following capacity, at all heights, generally as per following steps including carrying out load test as per 3177 etc complete as per specifications and as directed by the Head Fire & Safety or his authorised representatives:
