3. The bidder must possess sufficient manpower & other resources (as detailed in SGF ) required for the timely completion of work.

Seismic requalification of the existing structure to assess the vulnerabilities of the building and to develop and implement measures to bring the building up to current seismic safety standards as per the latest IS standards The analysis shall be done to minimize the risk of structural damage, injury, or loss of life during a seismic event and to preserve the usability and functionality of the building. The scope of work also includes performing a detailed structural assessment of the building by utilizing state-of-the-art software and modeling techniques to simulate seismic forces and their potential effects on the building for examination of materials, connections, and load-bearing components. Additional static pushover and dynamic analysis are to be done using software to find the capacity of the structure and identify the potential weak areas that need to be retrofit. It has also included developing a comprehensive plan for retrofitting and strengthening the building's structural elements to meet current seismic design standards. Inculding all documentation, i.e., detailed engineering reports, FEM Models, site use drawings and specifications for the retrofitting work All complete as per drawings, specifications, and as directed by the engineer-in-charge.
