Demolishing brick work in cement mortar at all levels including scaffolding, stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 metres lead etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work in cement mortar 1:6 using IInd class bricks having a compressive strength not less than 35kg/cm² in drains, compound walls, flower beds & other similar works including curing, raking out joints above ground level, simultaneous pointing below G.L. etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement plastering 15mm thick at all levels for internal walls, ceilings with cement mortar 1:4 over brick walls or concrete surfaces including hacking of concrete surfaces, double scaffolding, curing etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Earthwork excavation in foundations in all soils other than soft and hard rock by mechanical means (hydraulic Excavator)/manual means upto a depth not exceeding 1.5 m. including shoring and dewatering, if necessary and refilling around foundations and in plinth with selected excavated earth, in layers not exceeding 250mm thick, consolidating etc., and disposing surplus earth within a distance of 50 metre lead complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement concrete 1:3:6 using graded stone aggregate 20 mm max. size including formwork, consolidating, finishing, curing etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Forming embankment with selected approved soil abtained from borrow pits (including cost of excavation & transportation within RRCAT campus by mechanical transport), in layers not exceeding 200mm thick including breaking clods, watering, consolidation using earth rammer, dressing the sides & top to the required profile & grade complete as per drawing, specifications & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying in position Cement concrete 1:2:4 using graded stone aggregate 40 mm max. size including consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete but excluding formwork as per specifications & as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and placing in position REINFORCEMENT using TMT BARS of locally manufacturered brands as per the list of preferred makes mentioned in tender document, having minimum yield strength of Fe 500 conforming to IS 1786, for reinforced cement concrete work at all levels, including cutting, bending, fixing, tying in position with 1.6 mm dia. soft drawn annealed binding wire, with chairs, legs, supports etc. complete including cost of transporting the bars from factory to required location at work site, cost of 1.6 mm dia. soft drawn annealed binding wire, watch & ward, insurance etc complete all as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (The contractor has to submit the test report & Challan of the reinforcement, procured by him.)

Providing and laying polyvinyl (PVC) rolls/tiles of approved make as per list of preferred makes mentioned in tender document, of thickness 2mm heavy duty solid vinyl flooring of approved colour, pattern and designs for flooring, skirting/dado laid on existing smooth cement tile or concrete or plastered finish, with suitable adhesive as per manufacturer's specifications, close jointed by PVC welding and finished to proper bends, slope and plumb etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying/fixing in position 15mm to 18mm thick machine polished granite slabs of approved Black, Cherry or Ruby red colours and quality including machine/hand cut, polishing, buffing the edges all in line, level, (curvature corners if required) in 20mm thick cement mortar 1:3 bedding with best workmanship, finishing, curing, complete in platforms, shelves, wash basin, cills, jambs, facias, treads and risers etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing in position first class double charged vitrified porcelain tiles (thickness to be specified by the manufacturers) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved manufacturer of size 600mmx 600mm of approved color, pattern and design for flooring, skirting or dado laid in floor, wall of existing concrete or plastered surface over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 bedding close jointed and pointed with matching slurry @ 3.30 kg/sqm using white cement with pigments finished to levels, slope or plumb as required including cement mortar bedding, cutting of tiles to required size and curing, acid washing etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Scraping the walls and concrete surfaces at all level to remove existing white/colour wash, distemper, oil paint, oil bound distemper, acrylic emulsion paint or other similar finishes and making the surface smooth by repairing the scratch etc. including necessary scaffolding, cost of sand papers, steel scrapers, compatible scratch filler etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting plastered surfaces with two finishing coats of Acrylic emulsion paint of approved shade and make over one coat of approved cement primer including preparing the surfaces, filling with full wall putty, scaffolding and cleaning, tools & tackles, safety appliances etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 2mm thick epoxy based joint less flooring of approved make as per list of preferred make mentioned in the tender document, over existing flooring such as concrete floor, tiles, wood, metal etc. formulated out to required levels, thickness slopes and finished smooth or rough including curing, preparing the surfaces such as filling holes, cracks, joints, wherever necessary by epoxy based trowelling compound, including providing and applying one coat of two component epoxy based primer including cost of materials and labours etc. complete as per manufacturer's recommendation & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparing the surface and etching with 10% commercial hydrochloric acid wherever necessary, neutralising the etched areas by washing with 5% solution of soda ash, applying one coat of pigmented epoxy based primer followed by one coat of epoxy based trowelling compound with POLYAMIDE cured epoxy paint, cutting and grinding the surfaces wherever necessary using waterproof quality emery paper and applying three finishing coats of epoxy based polyamine/polyamide cured special acid and alkali resistant paint of approved make & tint including preparing surfaces, scrapping, filling holes, cracks, joints, wherever necessary with epoxy based trowelling compound, cost of all materials, scaffolding and labour and as per manufacturer's recommendations & as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting steel work with two coats of Synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and made over one coat of approved wood/steel primer including preparing surfaces, filling with putty, scaffolding and cleaning etc. complete

Providing & fixing in true horizontal level M/F suspended false ceiling (FR-120 min) system (False ceiling/masking suspended by anchor rods fixed with anchor fasteners and 15mm tapered edge Single layers Fireline board panel on one side) of approved make as per list of preferred make mentioned in the tender document, using Ultra perimeter channels (27mm web and 20 & 30mm flange) fixed to wall with rawl plug and screws, at 610mm centres along the perimeter of ceiling, intermediate channels(45mm web and 15mm each flange) from the soffit at 900mm centre with ceiling angle (25x10mm,0.55mm thick) fixed to soffit @ 1220mm c/c with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners to form a grid of 900mm x 1220mm. Ceiling section (51.5mm web and 26mm each flange)

fixed to intermediate channel with the help of connecting clip and in direction perpendicular to the intermediate channel at 457.5mm centres, single layer of 15mm tapered edge Fire line board panel fixed to ceiling section with screws at 230mm centres, Square and tapered edges of the boards to be jointed and finished flush look including filling and finishing with jointing compound, paper fiber tape and two coats of drywall top coat etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & Fixing at all heights, approved make as per approved list of preferred make mentioned in the tender document, Galvanized steel Clip in Tile Plain/ Perforated False Ceiling module of 600 mm x 600 mm. with square edged Panels made out of 0.5mm thick perforated sheet having perforations of 2 mm dia at 7 mm c/c in diagonally/2.5 mm dia 5 mm c/c in square pattern Galvanized steel panel size of 600mm x 600 mm manufactured by Supersil and Pre treated/powder coated panel shall be oven baked through conversion coating, priming and finish coat ensuring superior adhesion & painted on both sides, inside surface with primer of 5 microns and exposed surface to have 20 microns in pre painted sheet/ in powder coating or perforated panel shall be 50 microns approved colour powder coated only in exposed surface,

the panel end shall be raised upward by 31mm and snapped in to the carrier. The main carrier shall be of size 0.45 mm thick , 25mm height and 3000mm length. The GI hold angle 1.15 mm thick of size 95mmx12mm, pressure clip 1.20mm thick 35mmx 30mm, top and Bottom of 4mm dia GS rod shall be round. The top end shall be screwed to slab/ roof and bottom shall be fixed with screw to hold on angle, providing extra fram work around openings for duct, supply/return air grill, electrical fittings, smoke detectors, fire alarm systems, voided arrangement for inspections etc. all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing in position 4.0mm thick tinted glass/float glass of approved make as per list of preferred make mentioned in the tender document, fixed to aluminum windows, doors, partitions, ventilators etc. with edges champhered (wherever required) with Neoprene Gasket Lining etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Only the clear opening of Glass shall be measured for payment. Aluminum snap beading shall be measured and paid under relevant item. Broken Glass pieces shall disposed off in a safe manner as directed.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium beading of size 9.5mm x 9.5mm for fixing glass for steel windows with necessary screws etc complete as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Providing, fabricating, cutting, erecting, and fixing in position structural steel works of any shape using channels, beams, hollow sections, pipes, angles, flats etc. at all levels including welding, painting with a primary coat of approved steel primer and transporting etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (The welding weights shall not be measured for payments but cost of same shall be included in the rate.)

Providing and fixing in position anodized (min. of grade AC5) / powder coated (min 50 microns) aluminum doors with extruded and integrated aluminum sections as per approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285 aluminum beading, PVC lining, CP brass / stainless steel screws, mastic filling, nuts, washers etc. complete including scaffolding if necessary, chipping of walls, beams, columns, rectification of plaster, painting if required. Vertical and middle horizontal section of door shall be min 80 mm x 44 mm and of thickness minimum 2 mm. Top and bottom horizontal section of door shall be min 120 mm x 44 mm and of thickness minimum 2 mm Snap beading shall be minimum 0.41 mm thick. Cleat angles shall be minimum 25 x 25 mm and thickness 2 mm, including p/f 5.0mm thick clear sheet glass and/or opaque using 12mm thick laminated particle board.

Anodized aluminum (min of grade AC-5) doors (Single/Double leaves), fully glazed with 5 mm thick glass or opaque using 12mm thick laminated particle board and the vertical members are internally braced with 12mm dia MS long bolt, SS handle on both sides as approved, floor spring/door closer of Godrej make, concealed tower bolts, locking arrangements using SS aldrop 16mm dia and 300mm long etc complete.

anchoring system as per the requirements, transportation, cost of all labours, scaffolding if necessary, machinery, tests, chipping of walls, beams, columns, rectification of plaster, painting if required etc. and as directed by EIC, Including the cost of providing and fixing float glass panes of 5.0 mm thickness and/or 12 mm thick particle board as directed by EIC.

The outer frame shall be of extruded aluminum vertical and horizontal rectangular sections of minimum size 61.00 x 24.00 x 0.84 mm thick, Bottom track sections of minimum size 61.00 x 31.00 x 1.50 thick, top & side members 61.00 x 31.00 x 1.50 mm thick and aluminum sections for frame of window sliding panels for top, bottom, verticle & interlocking members of minimum size 40.00 x 18.00 x 1.55 mm thick, including providing and fixing concealed type heavy duty (metal - body, hook & bracket) locking arrangement of approved shade and make, heavy duty roller (smoother carbon steel bearing type), PVC liner, aluminum angle cleats, C.P. brass screws / stainless steel screws, mastic filling, nuts, washers, Rawl plugs, aluminum packing strips used for

Providing and fixing in position anodized (min of grade AC 5) / powder coated (min 50 microns) wall span with extruded and integrated aluminum sections as per approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285 aluminum beading, PVC lining, CP brass / stainless steel screws, mastic filling, nuts, washers etc. complete including cost of p/f 5mm thick float glass and/or apaque using 12mm thick laminated particle board, scaffolding if necessary, chipping of walls, beams, columns, rectification of plaster, painting if required. Vertical and horizontal section of wall spans shall be min 63 mm x 38 mm and of thickness minimum 1.85 mm. Snap beading shall be minimum 0.41 mm thick. Cleat angles shall be minimum 25 x 25 mm and thickness 2 mm. The spacing of verticle and horizontal sections shall be in the range of 0.90 m to 1.50 m centre to centre.

Providing, fabricating and erecting S.S. tube railing of 304 Grade comprising 50mm dia. & 16 gauge thick S.S. single pipe for top and 25mm dia. double member for vertical. Providing and fixing runner pipes of 19mm dia. S.S on middle in three rows. including providing and fixing bottom and end caps as per approved design on the top & end of the members, buffing of welded surfaces, including cost of all fittings & hardware, clamps screws etc. cutting, welding the joints, grinding/muffing if necessary etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, fabricating, supplying and erecting locally available factory made single/double leaf metal flush door of approved make insulated with Mineralwool filling, consisting of 1.5 mm galvanised pressed steel frame of size 105mm x 57mm with suitable stiffeners and 1mm prime quality galvanised pressed steel shutter 35mm thick with necessary stiffeners for hardwares, p/f vision panels of size 200mmx300mm with 4mm thick plain glass and applying a coat of approved steel primer etc. complete including the cost of heavy duty MS Butt Hinges, 200mm long holdfasts (MS Flat 25x3mm) CPMS aldrops, handles, tower bolts, rubber buffer, provision for fixing door closure with screw and check for correctness of recesses and stiffening plates for all fittings & fixtures including the cost of grouting the hollow portion of door frame with cement concrete 1:2:4 etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 0.50 mm TCT color coated galvalume sheets of approved make as per list of preferred make mentioned in the tender document, in roof, facia including all overlaps metring, supplying and fixing 'J' hooks, bolts, nuts and washers as per manufacturers code of practice and cutting the sheets as required including the cost of scaffolding, work at all heights etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disposing by mechanical transport; the garbage/ Unserviceable materials consisting of debris, rubbish, packing boxes, grass, electrical/electronics serviceable/ nonserviceable items etc. from domestic house / office to the predetermined locations in the RRCAT campus including loading, unloading, levelling, carrying by mechanical transport as required to maintain cleanliness around houses, parks and buildings in RRCAT campus including cost of all tools and tackles etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge (Carriage capacity shall be around 5.00 Cum.).
