Lead charges of all soils to anywhere in RR CAT premises, by mechanical transport, including loading, unloading, stacking/levelling etc. as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : The rate in respect of item, is applicable for the net quantities arrived at after making deduction for voids @ 20% in respect of soil and @ 50% in respect of rock from corresponding stack/truck measurements.

Cement concrete 1:3:6 using graded stone aggregate 40 mm max. size including consolidating, finishing, curing etc. complete including formwork as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, fixing, lowering & laying 300mm dia RCC SPUN pipes (Class NP2 of ISI) with necessary collars, jointing with hemp yarn and cement mortar 1:1 including embedding in walls, beams, floors etc. caulking the joints, finishing, aligning to proper level etc. complete as per drawings, specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, jointing, fixing & testing 150mm nb rigid PVC pipes of class 'B' of 'Supreme' or 'Astral' make ensuring thermal stability for hot & cold water, sewage, acides etc. including all PVC plain & socketed fittings, jointing with durable solvent, testing etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Design mix Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) having compressive strength not less than 40N per sq.mm at the end of 28 days, on existing WBM road/Granular sub base, manufactured using ordinary portland cement or Portland Pozzulona Cement (PPC) confirming to relevant IS specifications, coarse sand, graded stone aggregates 25mm nominal size and downgraded, providing and mixing approved compatible super plasticiser, all ingradients in proportion as per approved specified design criteria and established mix design including vibrating the concrete using needle and surface vibrator including joint filler primer, rounding of the edges, making & filling the grooves 10 mm x 25 mm deep at top for construction joint and 10 mm x 50 mm deep at top for dummy joints with sealing compound (confirming to grade B of IS:1834) including making necessary arrangement for expansion joints (expansion board & dowel bars), skid free finishing, cost of labour, tools, machinery etc. complete as per specifications

and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Minimum Cement content shall not be less than 415kg/cum of concrete.) Note : Shuttering, formwork, steel, expansion board and dowel bars shall be paid separately under relevant items.reinforcement,

Providing and placing in position REINFORCEMENT using TMT BARS of brands such as New Sardar, MOIRA, Kesar gold, Magnum, Goel etc. specified below, having minimum yield strength of Fe 500 conforming to IS 1786, for reinforced cement concrete work at all levels, including cutting, bending, fixing, tying in position with 1.6 mm dia. soft drawn annealed binding wire, with chairs, legs, supports etc. complete including cost of transporting the bars from factory to required location at work site, cost of 1.6 mm dia. soft drawn annealed binding wire, watch & ward, insurance etc complete all as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (The contractor has to submit the test report & Challan of the reinforcement, procured by him.)

Structural steel work at all levels using channels, angles, plain bars, conduits, joists, flat, hollow pipes etc. conforming to IS:2062 including the cost of supplying, cutting, fabricating, welding, erecting and fixing in position, including painting with a primary coat of approved steel primer etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying separation membrane of impermeable plastic sheeting of 125 micron thick (84 g/sqm) above WBM/sub-base/floor filling including cutting , filling wherever necessary including rolling with power roller to make the surface planecomplete as per drawing, MORTH specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing laminated closed cell Polyethylene foam joint filler 20mm thick (CAPCELL-HD-100 or other approved equivalent make) for expansion joint or other places including cutting, positioning, supporting, scaffolding and filling with approved sealing compound etc. complete as per specifications & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Random rubble masonry in cement mortar 1:6 using spotless black trap or approved local stone lying idly in RRCAT campus in Superstructure in remote areas within RRCAT campus including casting of block of size 200mm x 200mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 @ 2m c/c in each layer excluding bottom layer, racking out joints or simultaneous flush pointing above ground level/plinth level, curing, making weep holes of size 100m dia (if required) etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1. Stones shall be collected by the contractor within RRCAT campus on as is where is basis and nothing extra shall be payable on this account. 2. The stone shall be used in judicious manner to minimize wastage.

Cement pointing ( Raised & Cut ) to stone work with cement mortar 1:3, including raking out joints, pointing neatly and finishing the joints as specified, curing, scaffolding etc. complete as per specifications & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

REINFORCED cement concrete at all levels in M-20 grade using graded stone aggregate of 20 mm max. size including machine mixing, consolidation, finishing, curing, etc., complete at all height as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge but excluding shuttering, formwork and steel reinforcement.

Foundations, footings, base of columns plinth beams, flooring, machine foundations, bed blocks, window cills, copings and mass concrete

Columns, pillars, posts, struts, mullions etc.

Walls, partitions and the like including attached pilasters etc.

Providing centering and shuttering at all heights using steel plates including strutting and propping etc. and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and in plain mass concrete work as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

In foundations, footing etc.

In Column, pillars, posts, mulluions etc.

Walls, partitions and the like including attached pilasters etc.

Labour Charge for transporting and fixing chainlink fencing and MS angles any where in RRCAT premises. The scope of work includes fixing of MS angles to the ground and chainlink fencing to it using binding wire etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantaling rubble masonry in cement mortar including scaffolding, stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 mtr. lead as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
