For 3.5 meter Top Post - Outdoor type pole mounted, symmetrical, high efficiency LED street light luminaire with high pressure die cast housing with nominal efficacy ≥ 100 lumen/watt and nominal output as 4500 lumen Colour temperature: 5700 K, pf: 0.95 (min), Optics material: Glass, Optical Cover: Polycarbonate, IP: 66, IK: 07, surge protection level: ≥ 4 kV, CRI: 70, THD: 10 %, life class: L70B50 @ 50 K hrs & complete with all accessories, driver & all required fixing/mounting accessories, hardware, pipe etc. The luminaires shall have five (5) years guarantee against their electrical, mechanical performance etc. This item also includes removal of existing 70 W MHN luminaire at a pole height of approximately 3.5 meter including removal cables and safely storing within the 3 km radious. The required equipments, machineries, tools & tackles for removing & stacking of luminaires shall be arranged by the contractor. Note:- 1). The desired/declared performance (electrical, mechanical etc.) of the luminaires is to be GUARANTEED for a period of 5 years. 2). Additional amount @ 10 % of total value of the item shall be withheld by the department for a period of 5 years from the date of completion of work.

Street-light

5 meter G. I. Octagonal Pole : Supply and installation of 5 meter G. I. Octagonal Pole with 1 meter overhang single arm decorative bracket with angle of tilt will be 15 degree (each side should be minimum 3 mm thick G. I. sheet). The G. I. structure continuously tapered, bottom diameter 130 mm and top diameter shall be 70 mm, the base plate size shall be 200 X 200 X 12 mm and 4 Nos. 16 mm diameter 600 mm long J type anchor bolts. The door for control gear and cable jointing shall be flush with pole externel surface and shall provide easy access for electrical connections, earthing of pole shall be done with earth driven rod and G. I. wire/strip as per detailed specifiaction. The RCC foundation, 6 A SP C-curve Ics ≥ 10 kA MCB and 50 mm HDPE pipe for cable entry and outgoing is in the scope of item. The excavation work in soft rock area also included in this item.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 35 W (minimum) all in one integrated LED solar streetlight consists of solar photovoltaic module, battery, battery management system, control electronics, LED driver, microwave sensor, inter-connecting cables and pole mounting piece integrated into the luminaire as a single unit. Solar street light with IP65 ingress protection having a system wattage of with 60 Wp high efficiency monocrystalline solar panel, highly efficient MPPT based charge controller and 12.8 V, 24 Ah Lithium Ferro Phosphate(LiFePO4) battery with proper battery management system. LED lumen efficacy shall be at least 140 lm/W and LED driver should have 90% efficiency. Typical correlated colour temperature should be 5700 K with CRI 70. It should have microwave sensor based movement detection and dim level adjustment to effectively extend the working time. The luminaires shall have five (5) years replacement guarantee. Note:- 1). Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 1100 V grade 3 C X 2.5 sq. mm FRLS Copper flexible cable in the pipe.

Cable route marker: Supply and installation of 600mm long cable route marker made out of ISA (50X50X5mm) for Power cable.

G.I PIPE: Supply and installation of B class 100 mm N.B G.I pipe.

Road/PCC path cutting & repairing of road/PCC and other places - Cutting of BITUMINIOUS/WBM road/RCC/PCC pathway etc. and repairing of using cement concrete 1:4:8 using graded stone aggregate 40 mm max. size including consolidation finishing, curing etc as per our specifications.

Excavation: Excavation in all types of Soil / soft /hard murrum etc.
