Repainting of old painted plastered surfaces at all levels with two coats of flat oil paint of approved shade and make over one coat of approved primer wherever required including preparing the surfaces, removal of old loose paint, if any, sand papering, filling with putty wherever required, scaffolding and cleaning etc. complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Painting the old painted floor with floor paint (emulsion based semi gloss) with two coats (Ist coat by diluting emulsion based floor paint by 80/20 ratio with water and IInd coat by 50/50 ratio with water) of INDIGO/ Assian make of approved shade including preparing the surface by removing loose dust, dirt , algal growth if any with stiff brush and washing the surface with clean water, treating the surface with antifungal chemical wherever required, filling holes with putty, scaffolding and cleaning etc. complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Preparing the surface and etching with 10% commercial hydrochloric acid wherever necessary, neutralising the etched areas by washing with 5% solution of soda ash, applying one coat of pigmented epoxy based primer followed by one coat of epoxy based trowelling compound, cutting and grinding the surfaces wherever necessary using waterproof quality emery paper and applying three finishing coats of epoxy based polyamine/polyamide cured special acid and alkali resistant paint of approved make & tint including preparing surfaces, scrapping, filling holes, cracks, joints, wherever necessary with epoxy based trowelling compound, cost of all materials, scaffolding and labour and as per manufacturer's recommendations. complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

With POLYAMINE cured epoxy paint

Applying 3 coats of FRENCH POLISH at all levels of approved make and tint to obtain finish as required over a coat of wood filler including sand papering, cleaning, filling up holes, cracks and crevices with approved putty etc. complete to give an even shade etc. complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Repainting of old painted surfaces with two coats of Aluminum paint of approved shade and make over one coat of approved steel primer including preparing the surfaces, removal of old paint, dust if any, sand papering, filling with metal putty as required, scaffolding and cleaning etc. complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Note:- On steel surfaces - chain link fencing icluding vertical and horizontal tie bars along with vertical and inclined algles of chain link fencing.

Providing and fixing in position Aluminum partitions, doors, windows, ventilators, louvers, fixed glazing, sliding windows, north light glazing, aluminum rough ground etc. with extruded and anodized (10 microns) to natural aluminum colour, aluminum sections, anodized aluminum beadings, anodised aluminum sheets manufactured to relevant IS codes and using minimum 2mm thick (or as specified) heavy sections INDAL/JINDAL/MAN make including cost of built in pivots, approved door and window handles, EPDM gasket, PVC/Neoprene Gasket lining, stainless steel screws, mastic filling, weather strips, tower bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required and as per drawing etc. complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Note: 1. Payment will be made on the basis of weight of Aluminum members/sections fabricated and actually installed in position without extra allowance for wastage. No extra payment will be made for all non-aluminum consumable items like screws, gasket, weather strips, PVC/Neoprene lining and butt hinges, tower bolts, etc.

2. Glazing, particle boards, aluminum grills, mesh etc. will be measured and paid separately under relevant item if any.

3. All fittings shall be of matching colour anodised aluminum sections.

4. The Aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angles at no extra cost.

Repainting of old painted surfaces at all levels with two coats of DECO (AUTOMOTIVE) paint over a coat of Metal primer of Indigo or Asian or ICI or Berger or NIPON/ ASHPA brand of approved color and shade. Deco paint (2 coats) shall be applied on cup boards etc. including preparing the surfaces, removal of old paint (using sutable method) if any, sand papering, filling with metal putty as required & Spray painting etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note-1 : The rate includes cost of all materials, labour, scaffold, tools & tackles & safety appliances etc. complete for work at all levels and anywhere in RRCAT premises. The work shall be as per drawing, specification and as directed by Engineer in-charge.

WATER PROOF CEMENT PLASTER 20 mm thick at all levels in cement mortar 1:3, finished smooth with neat cement punning and addition of water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement or as per recommendation of manufacturers, over treated / untreated R. C. C. roof slab (after applying cement slurry) including double scaffolding, curing, hacking of concrete surfaces, reaparing visible holes/honeycomb if any etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Applying at all levels TWO coats of Cement Slurry duly modified with Acrylic Polymer of Hydrocrete of M/s CIPY Polyurethanes Pvt. Ltd. or Tepecrete of M/s CICO india ltd. or STP Ltd. or Pidicrete of DR. FIXIT or M/s SIKA or M/s FOSROC India ltd. in one or two part system including removing fungal growth if any, surface preparation , instant plugging of visible source of ingress using approved equivelent polymers of above listed companies, penetrable grouting of surface using mixing of cement and approved Acrylic Polymer @ 25 % by weight of cement for application in each coat (base coat with ordinary cement and top coat with white cement of approved brand), glass fibre matt of min. 45 gsm, curing each coat for at last three days , scaffolding , cost of all materials like cement, colour pigment mixed with acrylic polymer, water proofing compound, approved equivalent grouts , cleaning items, requisite labourers etc. complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

tools and tackles, testing by ponding etc. complete as per drawing, generally as per Manufacturer's specifications/recommendation and as directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Note:- 1) The waterproofing treatment is to be guaranteed for bone dry condition for a period of 05 years.

2) The measurement for payment shall be the actual superficial area covered by the treatment. Edges shall be treated but shall not be measured seperately.

3) An amount @ 10% of the gross value of the item shall be with held by the department for the period of 05 years from the date of completion.(as per service guarantee)

Providing & applying breathable, non reactive, transperent,antifungal, non blackening-wettable, water repellent coat of CICO sealo coat of M/s CICO Technologies Ltd. silicon in solvent base WACKER 290 /REPELLIN WR of DR. FIXIT or approved equivelent with two coats as per manufacturers specifications (after treating the surfaces for cracks, cleaning the surface, all wax, oil or grease should be removed by swabbing with a suitable solvent, followed by a thorough scrubbuing with a mild detergent ) at all levels on old horizental & /or vertical cemented surfaces to give water tight surface of uniform finish without causing any scratch or damage etc.complete generally as per manufacturers specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Note:- 1) The waterproofing treatment is to be guaranteed for bone dry condition for a period of 03 years.

2) An amount @ 10% of the gross value of the item shall be with held by the department for the period of 03 years from the date of completion.(as per service guarantee)

Removing Bituminous based waterproofing treatment from terrace, chajjas etc. and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 metres lead including cost of all materials, labours, tools & tackles, scraping the surface to make it clean, scaffolding etc. etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 3mm thick and weight 4kg/m². APP Polymer Modified bituminous membrane (non-woven polyester reinforced) manufacured by M/s Asian paint smartcare/Sika/STP, weighing not less than 160 grams/m² and having specified properties by torch welding over a layer of the bituminous primer @ 0.3kg/m² (minimum) and confirming to IS-3384, 1965 on prepared surfaces, side and end laps between adjacent rolls shall be kept 10 cms and 15 cms respectively and torch bonded by hot round nosed trowel to ensure water tightness. Providing and applying on top of the membrane two coats of reflective Aluminum paint all as per manufacturer's specification & as directed by Engineer-in-charge. & as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: 1. The waterproofing treatment shall be guaranteed for absolute water tightness for a period of 5 years. The measurement for payment shall be the entire area of slab/walls covered by the treatment in m². and no extra shall be paid for laps. 2. An amount @ 10% of the value of the item shall be withheld by the department for a period of 5 years from the date of completion.

Note: 1. The waterproofing treatment shall be guaranteed for absolute water tightness for a period of 5 years. The measurement for payment shall be the entire area of slab/walls covered by the treatment in m². and no extra shall be paid for laps.

2) An amount @ 10% of the value of the item shall be with held by the department for the period of 05 years from the date of completion.

Repairing the cracks at all levels in wall/ceilling by making groove of size 6mm X 6mm, cleaning the grooved surface, remove loose material if any fill the crack with elastomeric polymer based crack filling compound of M/s CICO or M/s CIPY Polyurethanes Pvt. Ltd. or M/s STP Ltd. or M/s SIKA or M/s FOSROC India ltd. or approved polymers in one or two part system including removing fungal growth if any, surface preparation , scaffolding , cost of all materials etc. requisite labourers, tools and tackles etc. complete generally as per Manufacturer's specifications/ recommendation and as directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Providing joint treatment with silproof silicon construction sealent mfg. IGE India Ltd. or equivalent of 10mm in width and 10mm in depth concave shape packing the joint upto the required depth with suitable packing material such as shalitex board or fevicol mixed with wooden waste, filling the joint with hand operated gun under pressure and tooling the sealent within tooling time as specified by manufacturer including cleaning the joint to remove all dust, grease, mortar, dropplings etc. complete as per manufacturer's specification.

Painting the steel surfaces like windows, doors, structural steel members with two coats of two component air drying acrylic aliphatic Polyurethane coatings of (Fosroc/BSAF/Asian/ Jenson Nicholson/Berger/ICI) of approved shade including applying one coat of Zinc Phosphate primer and preparing the surfaces by removing loose dust, rust and dirt with stiff brush and washing the surface with clean water, treating surface with anti-fungus chemical wherever required, filling with approved putty, scaffolding etc. complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Imp. Note - a) The bidder must possess valid EPF & ESIC registration. The bidders need to deposit EPF & ESIC with appropriate authority. The reimbursement for EPF & ESIC deposit shall not be made. b) The payment of wages to labourers should be made through bank. c) The bidder must possess sufficient manpower & other resources (as detailed in SGF ) required for the timely completion of work.
