Providing & fixing in true horizontal level M/F suspended false ceiling (FR-120 min) system (suspended by anchor rods fixed with anchor fasteners and 15mm tapered edge Single layers Gyproc Fireline board panel on one side), manufactured by approved manufacturers, using Gypsteel Ultra perimeter channels (27mm web and 20 & 30mm flange) fixed to wall with rawl plug and screws, at 610mm centres along the perimeter of ceiling, intermediate channels(45mm web and 15mm each flange) from the soffit at 900mm centre with ceiling angle (25x10mm,0.55mm thick) fixed to soffit @ 1220mm c/c with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners to form a grid of 900mm x 1220mm. Ceiling section (51.5mm web and 26mm each flange) fixed to intermediate channel with the help of connecting clip and in direction perpendicular to the intermediate channel at 457.5mm centres,

single layer of 15mm tapered edge fireline board fixed to ceiling section with screws at 230mm centres, Square and tapered edges of the boards to be jointed and finished flush look including filling and finishing with jointing compound, paper fiber tape and two coats of drywall top coat etc. complete as per specifications & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & Fixing at all heights Galvanized steel Clip in Tile Plain/ Perforated False Ceiling module of 600 mm x 600 mm of approved make & quality as per list of preferred makes, with square edged Panels made out of 0.5mm thick perforated sheet having perforations of 2 mm dia at 7 mm c/c in diagonally/2.5 mm dia 5 mm c/c in square pattern Galvanized steel panel size of 600mm x 600 mm manufactured by Supersil and Pre treated/powder coated panel shall be oven baked through conversion coating, priming and finish coat ensuring superior adhesion & painted on both sides, inside surface with primer of 5 microns and exposed surface to have 20 microns in pre painted sheet/ in powder coating or perforated panel shall be 50 microns approved colour powder coated only in exposed surface,

the panel end shall be raised upward by 31mm and snapped in to the carrier. The main carrier shall be of size 0.45 mm thick , 25mm height and 3000mm length. The GI hold angle 1.15 mm thick of size 95mmx12mm, pressure clip 1.20mm thick 35mmx 30mm, top and Bottom of 4mm dia GS rod shall be round. The top end shall be screwed to slab/ roof and bottom shall be fixed with screw to hold on angle, providing extra fram work around openings for duct, supply/return air grill, electrical fittings, smoke detectors, fire alarm systems, voided arrangement for inspections etc. all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Painting steel work with two coats of Synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and made over one coat of approved wood/steel primer including preparing surfaces, filling with putty, scaffolding and cleaning, tools & tackles, safety appliances etc. complete as per specifications & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing in position anodized (min of grade AC 5 of approved shade) wall span with extruded and integrated aluminum sections as per approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285 aluminum beading, PVC lining, CP brass / stainless steel screws, mastic filling, nuts, washers etc. complete including cost of p/f 5mm thick float glass and/or apaque using 12mm thick laminated particle board, scaffolding if necessary, chipping of walls, beams, columns, rectification of plaster, painting if required. Vertical and horizontal section of wall spans shall be min 63 mm x 38 mm and of thickness minimum 1.85 mm. Snap beading shall be minimum 0.41 mm thick. Cleat angles shall be minimum 25 x 25 mm and thickness 2 mm. The spacing of verticle and horizontal sections shall be in the range of 0.90 m to 1.50 m centre to centre complete as per specifications & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing in position anodized (min of grade AC5 of approved shade) aluminum doors with extruded and integrated aluminum sections as per approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285 aluminum beading, PVC lining, CP brass / stainless steel screws, mastic filling, nuts, washers etc. complete including scaffolding if necessary, chipping of walls, beams, columns, rectification of plaster, painting if required. Vertical and middle horizontal section of door shall be min 80 mm x 44 mm and of thickness minimum 2 mm. Top and bottom horizontal section of door shall be min 120 mm x 44 mm and of thickness minimum 2 mm, Snap beading shall be minimum 0.41 mm thick, Cleat angles shall be minimum 25 x 25 mm and thickness 2 mm, including p/f 5.0mm thick clear sheet glass and/or opaque using 12mm thick laminated particle board and the vertical members are internally braced with 12mm dia MS long bolt,

Providing & fixing in position frameless fixed glazing units at all levels, elevation and height using specially designed aluminium alloy extruded channel section of size 20x25x2mm thick of Jindal make. The extruded aluminium sections shall be finished with electrolytic bronze color with anodizing of min. thickness of 20 micron. Disposing by mechanical transport; the garbage/ Unserviceable materials consisting of debris, rubbish, packing boxes, grass, electrical/electronics serviceable/ nonserviceable items etc. from domestic house / office to the predetermined locations in the RRCAT campus including loading, unloading, levelling, carrying by mechanical transport as required to maintain cleanliness around houses, parks and buildings in RRCAT campus including cost of all tools and tackles etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge (Carriage capacity shall be around 5.00 Cum).

Providing & fixing first class C.P. teak wood moulded beading (architrave) of size 40 x 10mm with necessary screws and painting with a coat of approved primer etc. complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing wood work with 2nd class C.P. Teak wood in Frames of false ceilings, wall paneling and partitions etc. wrought, framed and fixed in position, including applying one coat of approved wood primer to the exposed surfaces and two coats of bituminous paint to the surfaces of frames in contact with masonry/concrete etc. including making provision & finishing of openings for light fixtures, smoke detectors and cameras etc. complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & fixing in position 50mm thick Rockwool slab of density not less than 48Kg/cum of approved size at all heights including protecting the slab, cutting the slab to required size, cost of all materials & labours involved for complete work, scaffolding including making provision & finishing of opening for light fixtures, smoke detectors and cameras etc. complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & fixing at all levels using Pine/ Steem Beach well seasoned wood wall paneling 45 mm x 10 mm thick minimum finished size without joint fixed on clisting wood surfaces using sunken screws at 500mm c/c complete including squaring the edges to ensure 8mm clear gap between adjacent panels, finishing with putty the portion of screws, planning the surfaces, cost of all materials & labours involved for complete work, scaffolding etc. complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & fixing of 3 ply /layer of 24 gsm fibre glass tissue paper in position using approved adhesive at all levels on wall/Rock wool slab including the cost of approved adhesive, ensuring that no entrapped air exists, including the cost of all materials and labours involved for complete work, scaffolding etc. complete but excluding the cost of Rock wool slab, as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying three coats of French polish of approved make and tint to obtain finish as required over a coat of wood filler including sand papering, cleaning, filling up holes, cracks and crevices with putty etc. complete to give an even shade as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing in position 16 G Sheet single rebated door frames of approved make at all levels of size 105x60mm, cold rolled framed profile of pressed steel conforming to IS:513 and general specification of IS:4351 including removal of damaged portion by cutting, welding, grinding, fixing of new frame of required length, temporary steel base ties for frames to hold in position duly fabricated with iron hinges as per specification duly fixed to frames and hold fasts 40 mm x 5 mm, M.S. flat, 200 mm long fitted to frames including hallow portion back filled with cement concrete 1:2:4 including the cost of lock stricke plate and arrangement of tower bolt etc., painting with one coat of approved make steel primer etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, fabricating, cutting, erecting, and fixing in position structural steel works of any shape using channels, beams, hollow sections, pipes, angles, flats etc. at all levels including welding, painting with a primary coat of approved steel primer and transporting etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (The welding weights shall not be measured for payments but cost of same shall be included in the rate.)
