3. The tenderer have to furnish a three years onsite comprehensive warranty of the fabric used.

4. Mode of Measurements- Plan area cover by fabric in haozontal plan on ground shall be measured for payment.

Providing and fixing in position 2mm thick aluminum composite panels of required size over aluminum framework for ceiling, masking and cladding consisting of aluminum section of size 50x25x2 mm thick rectangle tubes for frames including cutting the members to required size, fixing by aluminum angle cleats of size 50x50x2mm thick to horizontal and vertical members placed @600mm and 1200mm respectively as per design requirement, fixing the aluminum frame secured to walls, ceiling and floor to existing framework .The frame members shall be cladded on single exposed side using 2.0mm thick prime quality aluminum composite panels of preferred make Using 3 M - VHB tape and sealent for fixing aluminum panels,glass, necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, top, bottom and all sides by glass sealent (No. 789 of Dow Corning or equivalent),all fittings and fixtures necessary for fixing of panels, screws/rivets, making cutouts, fixing extra frame work and necessary arrangements for opening for supply/return air slit, lighting fixtures etc. complete. all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing in position collapsible steel shutters with vertical channels 20x10x2 mm and braced with flat iron diagonals 20x5 mm size, with top and bottom rail of T-iron 40x40x6 mm, with 40 mm dia steel pulleys,complete with bolts, nuts, locking arrangement, stoppers, handles, fixing in position in masonry/concrete with necessary coach screws, bolts, nuts including applying two coats of approved synthetic enamal paint over a priming coat of approved steel primer etc., complet as per drawings,specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge Note: The measurement for collapsible gates will be as per structural openings.

Providing & fixing second class C.P. teak wood moulded beading (architrave) of size 20 x 20 mm of approve shape and pattern around door and window frames and at required places with necessary screws and two coat of polish etc. complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement concrete 1:3:6 using graded stone aggregate 40 mm max. size including consolidating, finishing, curing etc. complete excluding formwork, all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & laying in position REINFORCED cement concrete of M-20 grade at all heights using graded stone aggregate of 20 mm max. size including machine mixing, consolidation, mechanical vibration, finishing, curing, cost of labour & machineries etc. complete as per specifications but excluding formwork, shuttering and steel reinforcementt. (Minimum Cement content shall not be less than 362 kg/cum of concrete.)

In foundations, footings, plinth beams, base of columns, flooring

Providing and fixing reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete using TMT bars of preffered make having minimum yield strength of Fe 500 or higher grade as per IS:1786 at all levels including supplying, cutting,bending, fixing, tying in position with 1.6mm dia soft drawn annealed binding wire etc. complete including cost of binding wire as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note: 1.The steel reinforcement bars shall be brought by the contractor at the terms & conditions specified. TMT bars manufactured in the preffered make shall only be permitted subject to furnishing of challans, valid test report issued by the manufacturer, pertaining to elongation,yield strength,Bend rebend test etc.

Note : 2. Random testing of sample collected at site shall be arranged by the contractor at their own cost. One sample comprising of three specimens shall be collected for every 25 MT of bars brought at site .The representive of department shall associate with the engineer of contractor at each satge right from sampling of testing . All charges ,transport taxes etc shall be borne by the contractor.

Note : 3. The contractor shall be solely respossible all the time for watch & ward of bars/binding wires etc at their own cost.

Note : 4. 1.60 mm dia . Soft drawn annealed BINDING WIRE required for the work will have to be procured by the contractore at their own cost and will not be measured for payment .

Note : 5. Other condtion as stipulated in general condition, special conditions, additional conditions and specification shall also be applicable and no claim whatsoever on account of enforcing these provisions shall be entertained .

Brick work in cement mortar 1:6 using table moulded chimney bricks having a compressive strength not less than 40kg/cm² in foundation & plinth upto FFL including curing, raking out joints above ground level, simultaneous pointing below G.L. etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and filling in plinth with screened selected sand under floors,including watering, ramming, consolidating, finishing to level and dressing etc. complete. as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying rubber moulded reflective type factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete interlocking paver blocks of 60 mm thicknesses in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of preferred make of M-35 grade strength, of approved size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- The cost of sand shall be paid separately under relavant item

Providing and fixing in position readymade PRECAST CEMENT CONCRETE Kerb Stone 80 mm thick of approved design & pattern of size 300mm x 350 mm & having a minimum compressive strength of 350 Kg/Sqcm, including the cost of excavation, necessary 1:2:4 cement concrete for embedment of kerb stone, necessary formwork if required etc. as per specifications, close jointed & pointed with cement paste including finishing the surface smooth, curing,hoisting & erecting in position etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Painting the New exterior walls and roof at all levels with two coats of preffered make exterior paint of approved shade including preparing the surfaces by removing loose dust and dirt with stiff brush and washing the surface with clean water, treating surface with anti-fungus chemical wherever required,filling holes with putty, scaffolding etc.complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying/fixing in position 15mm to 18mm thick machine polished granite slabs of approved colour and quality including machine/hand cut,polishing, buffing the edges all in line, level, (curvature corners if required) in 20mm thick cement mortar 1:3 bedding with best workmanship, finishing,curing, complete in platforms, shelves, wash basin, cills, jambs, facias, treads and risers etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Non Slippery Ceramic tile flooring/dado using 6mm thick matt finished ceramic tiles of sizes as mentioned below, 1st quality of preffered make over 20mm thick cement mortar 1:3 bedding, close jointed and pointed with matching cement slurry using white cement pigment mixed with, finished to levels slope or plumb as required including 20mm thick cement mortar 1:3 bedding, making good the surface before bedding, cutting of tiles, curing, acid washing etc. complete all as per drawings, specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

For flooring using tiles of size 300x300mm, 450x450mm

Providing, fabricating, cutting, erecting, and fixing in position structural steel works of any shape using RHS, SHS & circular hollow sections of Grade Yst 310 as per IS: 4923 at all levels including welding, painting with two coat of PU paint over a coat of primer of approved steel primer and transportation etc. complete all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note:The welding weights shall not be measured for payments but cost of same shall be included in the rate.

1. Structural steel conforming to IS: 2062

2. The contractor shall supply copy of Documentary evidence of purchase of steel, test certificates from these firms and also testing from third party, if required to be arranged at no extra cost.

3. Welding weights, connections, bolts and nuts shall not be measured for payment but the cost of which shall be deemed to have been included in the rate.

4. All holes will be made by drilling only. Gas cutting of holes will not be permitted.

5. Electrodes manufactured by M/s. Advani Oerlikon, ESAB India, Oxygen and D&H SECHERON only shall be used.

Imp. Note - 1) The bidder must possess valid EPF & ESIC registration. The bidders need to deposit EPF & ESIC with appropriate authority. The reimbursement for EPF & ESIC deposit shall not be made. 2) The payment of wages to labourers should be made through bank. 3) The bidder must possess sufficient manpower & other resources (as detailed in SGF ) required for the timely completion of work.
