3 Seater Sofa (AIC-A-SO) The supply and installation of the three seater sofa with SIZE :2020X780X780mm. Inner solid Frame structure made of high quality wood. The wood is kiln chemical treated tropical Meranti wood. The seat cushion is made of 7 inches multi layered foam of density 32D 23D 32D and HD with polyester polyfill outer layer of 180 gsm. The polyester polyfill keeps the upholstery wrinke free and soft. The seating cushions have 3 inches of elastic webbing of 350 gsm with diagonal weave. The thread used is nylon bonded to provide lasting stitch strength. Backrest cushion has 2" elastic webbing (250 gsm) with diagonal Weave and 3" foam (23D) with Polyester polyfill outer layer (180 gsm). Glue used is Sp4 from Pidilite. Western style décor Inspired design with a muted color palette & deeply lined seats. Legs are signature "V" shaped stainless steel legs. Premium Leatherite upholstery in option of BLACK/BEIGE/BURGUNDY shades.

Round Table (AIC-A-RT) The supply and installation of the foldable Round Table of size Dia 1200 and 750(H) as shown in the attached sheet diagram made of stainless steel 304 grade 18 gauge pipe. with top made of well known branded 12 mm thick toughened clear glass and edge polished.

High Back Chair (AIC-A-HBC) The seat shall be made up of 1.2 +/- 0.1 cm thick hot pressed plywood & upholstered with leatherette and moulded polyurethane foam. The back shall be designed with contoured shape for extra comfort and made up of combination of 12mm (7 layers) & 4mm (3 layers) thick hot pressed plywood and 37mm thick, 32 Density U foam. Size of back shall be (W)-55.0 cm, (H)-70.5 cm & size of seat shall be (W)-51.0cm x (D)-49.0cm. PU foam should be used in making seat which shall be moulded with density 55 +/- 5 kg/m ³ and hardness load 15 - 20 kgf for 50% compression. The armrests should made of black integral skin polyurethane with 50-70 shore 'A' Hardness and reinforced with M.S insert. . The armrests shall be fitted to the seat with seat/armrest connecting strip assembly made of HR steel.The mechanism of chair shall have following features:360 degree revolving type, Seat/Back tilt ratio of 1:2, Synchronized tilt, Back tilt with 3 position locking and Side tilt tension adjustment knob should be operated while taking back support for better adjustment of comfort. The chair shall be provided with pneumatic height adjustment which shall have stroke of 12 cm. The pedestal shall be made of die-cast polished aluminium or nylon . It shall be fitted with 5 nos twin wheel castor. The size of the pedestal shall be 65.0 +/- 0.5 cm pitch-centre-dia (70.0 +/- 1.0 cm with castors). The twin wheel castors shall be in PU. Overall dimensions of Chair shall be, Width of Chair - 70.0cm, Depth of Chair - 70.0 cm as measured from pedestal below. Height from ground - min 115.5 to max 127.5 cm. Seat height - min 43.0cm to max 55 cm. Dimensions tolerance / variations shall be within +/- 1 cm. Chair should have ANSI/BIFMA x5.1 certification.
