Providing & fixing false ceiling at all height including providing & fixing of framework made of special section, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanized with zinc coating of 120 gms/ sqm (both side inclusive) as per IS : 277 and consisting of angle cleat of size 25mm wide x 1.6mm thick with flanges of 27mm and 37mm, at 1200mm c/c, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5mm dia x 50mm long with 6mm dia bolts, other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25 x10 x0.50mm of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I channels 45 x15 x 0.90mm running at the spacing of 1200 mm c/c, to which the ceiling section 0.5mm thick bottom wedge of 80mm with tapered flanges of 26 mm each having lips of 10.5mm, at 450mm c/c, shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I intermediate channel with connecting clip made out of 2.64mm dia x 230mm long G.I wire at every junction, including fixing perimeter channels 0.50mm thick 27mm high having flanges of 20mm and 30mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/ partitions with the help of Rawl plugs at 450mm centre, with 25mm long dry wall screws @ 230mm interval, including fixing of Calcium Silicate Board to ceiling section and perimeter channels with the help of dry wall screws of size 3.5 x25mm at 230mm c/c, including jointing & finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended jointing compounds, jointing tapes, finishing with jointing compounds in three layers covering up to 150mm on both sides of joints and two coats of primer suitable for boards, all as per manufacture's specification and also including the cost of making opening for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cut outs made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed, anchor rods, anchor fasteners etc all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the Engineer in charge

8 mm thick Calcium Silicate Board (plain/textured/perforated) made with Calcareous & Siliceous materials reinforced with cellulose fiber manufactured through autoclaving process

Providing & fixing wall cladding in all shapes at all height including providing & fixing of framework made of special section, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanized with zinc coating of 120 gms/ sqm (both side inclusive) as per IS : 277 and with the ceiling section 0.5mm thick bottom wedge of 80mm with tapered flanges of 26 mm each having lips of 10.5mm, at 450mm c/c, shall be fixed to existing walls with the help of Rawl plugs with 40 mm long dry wall screws @ 230mm interval, including fixing of Calcium Silicate Board to ceiling section fixed on walls with the help of dry wall screws of size 3.5 x25mm at 230mm c/c, including jointing & finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended jointing compounds, jointing tapes, finishing with jointing compounds in three layers covering up to 150mm on both sides of joints and two coats of primer suitable for boards, all as per manufacture's specification and also including the cost of making opening for light fittings, swithboards, grills, cut outs made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed, all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.

12 mm thick Calcium Silicate Board (plain/textured/perforated) made with Calcareous & Siliceous materials reinforced with cellulose fiber manufactured through autoclaving process complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge

Providing, fabricating, installing and fixing in position 4mm thick aluminum composite panels of required size over aluminum frame work for ceiling, masking, fascia, cladding ,etc. for linear as well as curvilinear shape for all heights and all levels etc., consisting of aluminum section of size 50 x 25 x 2mm th. rect. tubes for frames including cutting the members to required size, fixing by aluminum angle cleats of size 50x50x2mm thick to horizontal and vertical members placed @ 600 mm & 1200 mm respectively, as per design requirement, fixing the aluminum frame secured to walls, floor and ceiling/hang to existing frame work. The frame members shall be cladded by using 4.0 mm thick prime quality aluminum composite panels approved shades made out of 3 mm thick FR grade mineral core sandwiched between two Aluminium sheets (each 0.5 mm thick).manufactured by Durabuild, Alstone, Alstrong. Using 3M –VHB tape and sealant for fixing aluminum panels/glass, necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, top, bottom and all sides by glass sealant (No. 789 of Dow Corning), all fittings and fixtures necessary for fixing of panels, screws/rivets, G.I. wire etc., making cut outs, fixing extra frame work and necessary arrangements for opening for supply/return air slit, lighting fixtures, etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing wood work with 2nd class C.P. Teak wood in false ceilings and partitions etc. framed and fixed in position with necessary stainless screws, including applying one coat of approved wood primer to the exposed surfaces and two coats of bituminous paint to the surfaces of frames in contact with masonry/concrete etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing manually operating & with decorative Cassette fixing option roller blinds with black out curtain with 100 % PES with acrylic coating of minimum 340 gsm of approved colour, design and texture of Marvel/Spectrum/Roll on/Vista make in required pattern, including cost of all materials and labour involved for complete work etc. as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Note: Clear opening measurements of the windows shall be considered for making payment.

Providing & fixing in true horizontal/vertical/inclined M/F suspended false ceiling/wall cladding (FR as per manufacturers specification) system manufactured by M/s Saint-Gobain Gyproc India using Gypsteel/ Gypserra Ultra perimeter channels (27mm web and 20&30mm flange) fixed to wall with rawl plug and screws, at 610mm centres along the perimeter of ceiling, intermediate channels(45mm web and 15mm each flange) from the soffit at 900mm centre with ceiling angle( 25x10mm,0.55mm thick) fixed to soffit at 1220mm c/c with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners to form a grid of 900mm x 1220mm. Ceiling section (51.5mm web and 26mm each flange)fixed to intermediate channel with the help of connecting clip and in direction perpendicular to the intermediate channel at 457.5mm centres. complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge

Single layers of 12.5mm thick Fultone perforated (600 mm x 600 mm) tile fixed to ceiling section with screws at 230mm centres. Square and tapered edges of the tiles to be jointed and finished flush look including filling and finishing with jointing compound, paper tape and two coats of drywall top coat etc. complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & laying in position at all levels wall to wall Carpet of recommended make of fabric type tufted 5/32" cut pile with wowen PP primary backing, action back secondary backing with 15 mm total height, pile height 12 mm 100% nylon, of approved quality & shade of total weight minimum 3300 gsm including cleaning and preparation of surface, application of adhesive of preferred make (Pidilite SR 505/Roberts/ Bostik/3M Bulbond) for fixing the carpet, providing & laying approved 12 mm thick expanded sheet as base layer for carpet fixed on floor with adhesive in line & level complete including cost of all materials, labour, disposal of debris etc. complete as per specifications, manufacturers recommendations and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note: 1. The carpet shall have warranty of minimum 5 years against manufacturing defects, discoloring, de shaping, stability of pile content.

2. An amount @ 5% of the value of the item shall be withheld by the department for a period of 5 years from the date of completion.

Providing & fixing at all levels using Pine/Steem beach well seasoned wood wall paneling 45mm x 10mm thick minimum finished size without joint fixed on existing wood surfaces using sunken screws at 500mm c/c complete including squaring the edges to ensure 8mm clear gap between adjacent panels, finishing with putty the portion of screws, planning the surfaces, cost of all materials & labours involved for complete work, scaffolding etc. complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note: The wood shall be almost free from knots and other defects. The cost of wastage due to knots and other defects is deemed to be included in quoted price. The bidders shall quote accordingly

Providing wood work with 1st Class CP Teak wood architrave moulding/board of approved shape of size 150-200 mm width, 16-18 mm finished thickness, teak wood battens ( sectional joints will not be permitted ) for skirting, window jambs including fixing the same using rawl plugs & 50mm long screws on existing surface, finishing the portion of screws with putty, plaining the surface, rounding the exposed edges, as required cost of all materials & labours involved for complete work and the like, working at all heights, hoisted and fixed in position including two coats of bituminous paint to the surfaces of wood work in contact with masonry/concrete etc. complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & fixing in position 50mm thick Rockwool slab of density not less than 48Kg/cum of required size manufactured by M/s Lloyd Insulation (India) Ltd. at all heights including cutting the slab to required size, cost of all materials & labours involved for complete work, scaffolding including making provision & finishing of opening for light fixtures, smoke detectors and cameras etc. complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & fixing in position 25mm thick Rockwool slab of density not less than 48Kg/cum of required size manufactured by M/s Lloyd Insulation (India) Ltd. at all heights including cutting the slab to required size, cost of all materials & labours involved for complete work, scaffolding including making provision & finishing of opening for light fixtures, smoke detectors and cameras etc. complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & fixing at all levels using approved well seasoned maple wood wall paneling, using 300 mm wide and 25 mm (+/- 1 mm) thick finished maple wood planks/slats (minimum 1.8 m single length) fixed on existing wood surfaces using sunken screws at 500mm c/c along perimeter of panel complete including squaring the edges to ensure 8mm clear gap between adjacent panels, finishing with putty the portion of screws, planning the surfaces, cost of all materials & labours involved for complete work, scaffolding etc. complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & fixing first class C.P. teak wood moulded beading (architrave) of size 40 x 10mm around door and window frames and at required places with necessary screws etc. complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, fabricating, cutting, erecting, and fixing in position structural steel works of any shape using Structural steel M.S. plain & chequered plates at all levels including welding, painting with a primary coat of approved steel primer and transportation etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (The welding weights shall not be measured for payments but cost of same shall be included in the rate.)

Providing, fabricating, cutting, erecting, and fixing in position structural steel works of any shape using RHS, SHS & circular hollow sections of Grade Yst 310 as per IS: 4923 at all levels including welding, painting with a primary coat of approved steel primer and transportation etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (The welding weights shall not be measured for payments but cost of same shall be included in the rate.)

Providing, fabricating, cutting, erecting, and fixing in position structural steel works of any shape using ISMBs, Joists, channels, angles, flats, Tees etc. at all levels including welding, painting with a primary coat of approved steel primer and transportation etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (The welding weights shall not be measured for payments but cost of same shall be included in the rate.)

Note: (for item no 15, 16 & 17)

1. Structural steel conforming to relevant IS: 2062 & IS 4923 for hollow sections

2. The contractor shall supply copy of Documentary evidence of purchase of steel, test certificates from these firms and also testing from third party, if required to be arranged at no extra cost.

3. Welding weights, connections, bolts and nuts shall not be measured for payment but the cost of which shall be deemed to have been included in the rate.

4. All holes will be made by drilling only. Gas cutting of holes will not be permitted.

5. Cost also includes cutting, drilling of floors and walls, if required, anchor fasteners as required, making holes in structural steel sections as required for crossing of services.

6. Electrodes manufactured by M/s. Advani Oerlikon, ESAB India, Oxygen and D&H SECHERON only shall be used.

Providing and fixing in position 18mm thick MR grade plywood confirming to IS 303 over existing frame work or brick wall with steel screw suitably space not more then spaced 600 c/c to required shape and size complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing in position 12mm thick MR grade plywood confirming to IS 303 over existing frame work or brick wall with steel screw suitably space not more then spaced 600 c/c to required shape and size complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing in position 6mm thick MR grade plywood confirming to IS 303 over existing frame work or brick wall with steel screw suitably space not more then spaced 600 c/c to required shape and size complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing in position at all levels, elevation and heights frameless glass door shutter using 12 mm thick toughened glass (clear/tinted/frosted/etched) of approved brand and manufacturer using SS patch fittings of 'Dorma' make like Top Pivot XL-C 4014 , bottom patch XL-C 4013 , Top patch XL-C 4012 , floor pivot bearing 'Dorma' double action floor spring BTS 65 suitable for 12mm thick toughened glass 90 degree hold open , fixing arrangement and making necessary holes etc. for fixing required door fittings, including providing and fixing in position of size 25mm dia., 450mm long 'Dorma' design XLC-3003A stainless steel handles on both side of shutter, including cost of all materials required to complete the work, labours, machinery, fabrication, tests, scaffolding if necessary, chasing in the floor, chipping of walls, beams, columns, rectification of plaster, painting if required, transportation etc., complete required for completion of works as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing in position 1 mm thick high glossy/decorative/textured/matt finished laminates of approved manufacturers, pasted with suitable approved adhesive over existing ply base including cleaning and preparing the surface complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing in position 4 mm teak veneer of approved shade & texture pasted with suitable approved adhesive over existing ply base including preparing the surface complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Polishing in high gloss/matt finish melamine clear polish on wood work in required color/wooden shade texture with following process in the sequence as detailed below: complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge

1. The surface to be polished is rubbed with sand paper 80/120 no. and then with sand paper of 160/180 nos.

2. Applying two coats of sealer with spray gun and allowing sufficient drying time for 1st coat and 2nd coat for 8 to 12 hrs.

3. On drying of sealer coat, wet rubbing with emery cloth of finer grading with ample water to remove excess sealer layer and make the surface further smooth after this wet rubbing, then surface is applied with special grade melamine fillers to fill all the small and big holes/grooves etc. Filler coat to be allowed to dry for 4 to 6 hrs on which again a light wet rubbing is done this surface is further allowed to dry for 12 hrs.

4. On this, 1st coat of melamine polish is applied with spray gun using melamine clear polish and melamine thinner in required proportion. This 1st coat is allowed to dry for 24 hrs then this dry surface is again fine wet rubbed smooth, which is further allowed to dry for 12 hrs. The final melamine polish is applied with compressor pressure spray gun using melamine clear polish and melamine thinner mixed in required proportion melamine clear polish and melamine thinner mixed in required proportion complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Final coat to be done in 1 or 2 layers without gap of time.)

Applying 3 coats of FRENCH POLISH of approved make and tint to obtain finish as required over a coat of wood filler including sand papering, cleaning, filling up holes, cracks and crevices with putty etc. complete to give an even shade etc. complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge

Providing & fixing at all levels anti skid heavy duty rubber based hollow mats (ring hollow mats ) of 22 mm thickness of approved design , in continuous length of single mat of minimum 7.50 m , cleaning and setting the mats one after another to lay in continue as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & fixing of 24 GSM fibre glass tissue paper in position using approved adhesive at all levels on wall/Rock wool slab including the cost of approved adhesive, ensuring that no entrapped air exists, including the cost of all materials and labours involved for complete work, scaffolding etc. complete but excluding the cost of Rockwool slab, as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing in position Aluminum partitions, doors, windows, ventilators, louvers, fixed glazing, sliding windows, north light glazing, aluminum rough ground etc. with extruded and anodized (10 microns) to natural aluminum/Bronze colour, all type of aluminum sections, anodized aluminum beadings, anodized aluminum sheets manufactured to relevant IS codes and using minimum 2mm thick (or as specified) heavy sections INDAL/JINDAL/MAN or approved make including cost of pivots, approved door and window handles, Neoprene Gasket lining, stainless steel screws, mastic filling, weather strips, tower bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required and as per drawing etc. complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge

Painting surfaces with two/three coats of Acrylic emulsion paint of approved shade and make over one coat of approved primer including preparing the surfaces, filling with full acrylic putty, scaffolding and cleaning etc.complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge

Providing, fabricating, supplying and erecting in position both side laminated 35mm thick flush door shutters (excluding the thickness of lamination) in solid block board core, internally lipped, bonded with water proof type synthetic resin, hot pressed with commercial ply finish and decorative plastic laminate Assam's or equivalent 1 mm thick on both faces including providing and fixing aluminium, CPMS fittings and fixtures as per drawing, heavy duty stainless steel hinges, provision of vision panel (if required), locking arrangements and Godrej make door closure etc. with screws etc. complete as per specification, drawing & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Including painting of all sides except lamination portion. Note: Fittings and fixtures shall be as indicated in tender.
