Providing, fabricating, installing and fixing in position 4mm thick aluminum composite panels of required size and shape over aluminum frame work for ceiling, masking, facia, cladding ,etc. for linear as well as curvilinear shape for all heights and all levels etc., consisting of aluminum section of size 50 x 25 x 2mm thick rectangular tubes for frames including cutting the members to required size, fixing by aluminum angle cleats of size 50x50x2mm thick to horizontal and vertical members placed @ 600 mm & 1200 mm respectively, as per design requirement, fixing the aluminum frame secured to walls, floor and ceiling/hang to existing frame work.

The frame members shall be cladded by using 4.0 mm thick prime quality aluminum composite panels approved shades made out of 3 mm thick FR grade mineral core sandwiched between two Aluminium sheets (each 0.5 mm thick), using VHB tape and sealant for fixing aluminum panels/glass, necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, top, bottom and all sides by glass sealant (No. 789), all fittings and fixtures necessary for fixing of panels, screws/rivets, G.I. wire etc., making cut outs, fixing extra frame work and necessary arrangements for opening for supply/return air slit, lighting fixtures, etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing wood work with 2nd class C.P. Teak wood in false ceilings and partitions etc. framed and fixed in position with necessary stainless screws, including applying one coat of wood primer to the exposed surfaces and two coats of bituminous paint to the surfaces of frames in contact with masonry/concrete etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing manually operating & with decorative Cassette fixing option roller blinds with black out curtain with 100 % PES with acrylic coating of minimum 340 gsm of approved colour, design and texture in required pattern, including cost of all materials and labour involved for complete work etc. as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing in true horizontal/vertical/inclined M/F suspended false ceiling/wall cladding (FR as per manufacturers specification) system using Ultra perimeter G.I. channels (27mm web and 20&30mm flange) fixed to wall with rawl plug and screws, at 610mm centres along the perimeter of ceiling, G.I. intermediate channels(45mm web and 15mm each flange) from the soffit at 900mm centre with G.I. ceiling angle( 25x10mm,0.55mm thick) fixed to soffit at 1220mm c/c with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners to form a grid of 900mm x 1220mm. G.I. Ceiling section (51.5mm web and 26mm each flange)fixed to intermediate channel with the help of connecting clip and in direction perpendicular to the G.I. intermediate channel at 457.5mm centres.

Single layers of 12.5mm thick perforated (600 mm x 600 mm) tile fixed to ceiling section with screws at 230mm centres. Square and tapered edges of the tiles to be jointed and finished flush look including filling and finishing with jointing compound, paper tape and two coats of drywall top coat etc. complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying polyvinyl (PVC) rolls/tiles of thickness 2mm heavy duty solid vinyl flooring of approved colour, shade, pattern and designs for flooring, skirting/dado laid on existing smooth cement tile or concrete or plastered or other finish, with suitable adhesive as per manufacturer's specifications, close jointed by PVC welding and finished to proper bends, slope and plumb etc. complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying and installation/fixing in position Multi layered Vinyl sports floor covering of thickness 4.5mm (including 2.0 mm thick wear layer) as per EN standards active sports flooring including treatment of sub surface using antifungal and antibacterial PUR, shallow Embossing, the size of sheets shall be 1.5m or higher in width and 15m long or higher and having weight equal to 4100 ± 100 grams per square meter or as per relevant EN standard etc. The active sports flooring shall have excellent properties like Rotational friction, shock absorption, vertical deformation, ball rebound, dimentional stability, indentation resistance, resistance to rolling load, abration resistance & resistance to chemical as per EN standard after Providing and laying 3mm thick under coat for floor topping system with one coat of primer material over the existing flooring, to required levels, thickness, slopes and finished smooth or rough, preparing surfaces such as filling holes, cracks, joints, wherever necessary by

the same compound, cost of all materials and labour as per manufacturer's recommendation including levelling the surface, making good depression and undulation. Flow life at 23 ºc at 15 minutes mixed density 2 Gm/cc, initial set (Vicat) 30 ºc ASTM C 807 - 40 minutes and final set (Vicat) 30 ºc ASTM C 807 - 60 minutes. Flooring system having compressive strength 15 Mpa & Flexural Strength 4.50 Mpa at 27 ºc after 28 days. This shall be confirming to standard EN 13813 CT-CT15-F-4.5. The flooring system shall be applied with a primer coat over the existing surfaces by authorised applicator of manufacutrer as per specifications and guidlines etc. etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 8 mm thick prelaminated wooden flooring (AC-3) including providing & fixing underlayer of profile 2 mm polyurethene sheet on levelled finished floor required pattern, levelled & finished including providing & fixing Teak wood reducer/beading at side edges near door and junctions of floor & wall including cost of all materials and labour involed for complete work etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer -in-charge. ( NOTE : The finished surface shall be levelled with a margin of +/- 5mm.)

Providing & fixing at all levels using Pine/Steem beach well seasoned wood wall paneling 45mm x 10mm thick minimum finished size without joint fixed on existing wood surfaces using sunken screws at 500mm c/c complete including squaring the edges to ensure 8mm clear gap between adjacent panels, finishing with putty the portion of screws, planning the surfaces, cost of all materials & labours involved for complete work, scaffolding etc. complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note: The wood shall be almost free from knots and other defects. The cost of wastage due to knots and other defects is deemed to be included in quoted price. The bidders shall quote accordingly

Providing wood work with 1st Class CP Teak wood architrave moulding/board of approved shape of required size and width, 16-18 mm finished thickness, teak wood battens ( sectional joints will not be permitted ) for skirting, window jambs including fixing the same using rawl plugs & 50mm long screws on existing surface, finishing the portion of screws with putty, plaining the surface, rounding the exposed edges, as required cost of all materials & labours involved for complete work and the like, working at all heights, hoisted and fixed in position including applying one coat of approved wood primer to the exposed surfaces and two coats of bituminous paint to the surfaces of wood work in contact with masonry/concrete etc. complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & fixing in position 50mm thick Rockwool slab of density not less than 48Kg/cum of required size at all heights including cutting the slab to required size, cost of all materials & labours involved for complete work, scaffolding including making provision & finishing of opening for light fixtures, smoke detectors and cameras etc. complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling the Mosaic/glazed/Ceramic/Vitrified tiles /Kotah stone/PVC flooring etc. in flooring/dado/skirting, fasle ceiling, aluminium partitions etc. including dismantling of bedding mortar, complete removing of old adhesives, shifting and stacking of materials to departmrntal stores and disposing of debris with all leads in RRCAT premises etc. complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & fixing first class C.P. teak wood moulded beading (architrave) of size 40 x 10mm around door and window frames and at required places with necessary screws and painting with a coat of primer etc. complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, fabricating, cutting, erecting, and fixing in position structural steel works of any shape using Structural steel M.S. plain & chequered plates at all levels including welding, painting with two coats of enamel paint over a primary coat of steel primer and transportation etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (The welding weights shall not be measured for payments but cost of same shall be included in the rate.)

Providing, fabricating, cutting, erecting, and fixing in position structural steel works of any shape using RHS, SHS & circular hollow sections of Grade Yst 310 as per IS: 4923 at all levels including welding, painting with two coats of enamel paint over a primary coat of steel primer and transportation etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (The welding weights shall not be measured for payments but cost of same shall be included in the rate.)

Providing, fabricating, cutting, erecting, and fixing in position structural steel works of any shape using ISMBs, Joists, channels, angles, flats, Tees etc. at all levels including welding, painting with two coats of enamel paint over a primary coat of steel primer and transportation etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (The welding weights shall not be measured for payments but cost of same shall be included in the rate.)

Note: 1. Structural steel conforming to relevant IS: 2062 & IS 4923 for hollow sections 2. The contractor shall supply copy of Documentary evidence of purchase of steel, test certificates from these firms and also testing from third party, if required to be arranged at no extra cost. 3. Welding weights, connections, bolts and nuts shall not be measured for payment but the cost of which shall be deemed to have been included in the rate. 4. All holes will be made by drilling only. Gas cutting of holes will not be permitted. 5. Cost also includes cutting, drilling of floors and walls, if required, anchor fasteners as required, making holes in structural steel sections as required for crossing of services.

Providing and fixing in position 12mm thick MR grade plywood confirming to IS 303 over existing frame work or walls with steel screw suitably space not more then spaced 600 c/c to required shape and size complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing in position 1 mm thick glossy/decorative/textured/matt finished laminates pasted with suitable high performance adhesive over existing ply base including cleaning and preparing the surface complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing in position 4 mm veneer of approved shade & texture pasted with suitable approved adhesive over existing ply base including preparing the surface complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Applying 3 coats of FRENCH POLISH of approved tint to obtain finish as required over a coat of wood filler including sand papering, cleaning, filling up holes, cracks and crevices with putty etc. complete to give an even shade etc. complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing & fixing of 3 Ply 24 GSM fibre glass tissue paper in position using suitable adhesive at all levels on wall/Rock wool slab including the cost of adhesive, ensuring that no entrapped air exists, including the cost of all materials and labours involved for complete work, scaffolding etc. complete but excluding the cost of Rockwool slab, as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing in position Aluminum partitions, doors, windows, ventilators, louvers, fixed glazing, sliding windows, north light glazing, aluminum rough ground etc. with extruded and anodized (5 microns) to natural aluminum/Bronze colour, all type of aluminum sections, anodized aluminum beadings, anodized aluminum sheets manufactured to relevant IS codes and using minimum 2mm thick (or as specified) heavy sections including cost of pivots, door and window handles, Neoprene Gasket lining, stainless steel screws, mastic filling, weather strips, tower bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required and as per drawing etc. complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Painting surfaces with two/three coats of Acrylic emulsion paint of approved shade over one coat of suitable primer including preparing the surfaces, filling with full acrylic putty, scaffolding and cleaning etc. complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing, fabricating, supplying and erecting in position both side laminated 35mm thick flush door shutters (excluding the thickness of lamination) in solid block board core, internally lipped, bonded with water proof type synthetic resin, hot pressed with commercial ply finish and decorative plastic laminate 1 mm thick on both faces including providing and fixing aluminium, CPMS fittings and fixtures as per drawing, heavy duty stainless steel hinges, provision of vision panel (if required), locking arrangements and door closure etc. with screws etc. complete as per specification, drawing & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Including painting of all sides except lamination portion. Note: Fittings and fixtures shall be as per Tender.

Providing and fixing in position anodized (min of grade AC 5) wall span with extruded and integrated aluminum sections conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285 aluminum beading, PVC lining, CP brass / stainless steel screws, mastic filling, nuts, washers etc. complete including cost of p/f 5mm thick float/bajri/ frosted glass and/or opaque using 12mm thick laminated particle board or12mm thick WPC/PVC board , scaffolding if necessary, chipping of walls, beams, columns, rectification of plaster, painting if required. Vertical and horizontal section of wall spans shall be min 63 mm x 38 mm and of thickness minimum 1.85 mm. Snap beading shall be minimum 0.41 mm thick. Cleat angles shall be minimum 25 x 25 mm and thickness 2 mm. The spacing of verticle and horizontal sections shall be in the range of 0.90 m to 1.50 m centre to centre etc. complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge.
