Rooftop Solar Power Plant(Off-grid): 2 kW, 48/96V, 75-100 Ah battery storage system, mounting structure, wiring, AC/DC junction box, electrical switch gear, earthing connections etc. from solar panels to ACDB. (4 sets in each month)

Solar Water Pump Set: 2.2 to 3.7 kW/5 HP comprising hybrid pump controller, PV modules array, AC/DC junction box , electrical panel, mounting structure, earthing connection, etc. from solar panels to pump. (3 sets in each month)

Rooftop Solar Power Plant (Ongrid) 10kWp to 12kWp: Comprising PV modules array with inverter, cabling, junction box, AC/DC switchgear, monitoring equipment, earthing strip continuity & connection point at panels. etc. without storage battery, etc from solar panels to ACDB.(10 sets in each month)

Rooftop Solar Power Plant (Ongrid) 50 kWp: Comprising PV modules arrays with mounting structure, 50 kW inverter, cabling, junction box, AC/DC switchgear, metering/monitoring equipment, etc. without storage battery. (1 set in each month)

Supply and replacement/removal with shifting/disconnection, relocation, re-installation and testing commissioning of components of existing/new solar based installations:

New installation :Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Hybrid Solar Water Heating System of 2 nos.x 500 Litre Per Day(LPD) storage capacity with integrated heat pump of 1x250 litre per hour(LPH) capacity, PUF insulated, 5 mm nominal thickness stainless steel SS-304 grade tank for pressurized water application, 8 nos. solar flat plate collectors with minimum aperture area 18 sq. meter, Cu-tubes, electrical backup heaters 2 nos.x 3kW with each tank, internal thermal insulated G.I. piping with bends, sockets, mounting valves, heat pump with hermetically sealed compressor, electrical switchgear & control panel, thermal control switches & valves, MS painted/powder coated stand and other necessary accessories for hybrid solar water heating system. Details of SLR-2 may be referred from Detailed specifications of items and Please refer note 2 given in the last of this schedule.

Removal of SWHS: Disconnection, dismantling of all parts, removal and shifting to store at RRCAT (within 3KM distance) of 1 nos. x 1000 L capacity solar water heating system(SWHS) which includes Puff insulated water storage tank, electrical heating elements, associated wiring, composite pipe, MS mounting structure, civil foundation, makeup tank, other accessories etc. After removal of system the place of installation shall be clean and done good in finish of damaged part of floor/wall etc.

Relocation of tank : Disconnection, dismantling of all parts, removal and shifting to new location (within 3KM distance) of 1000 L capacity tank, associated GI and composite water line piping, electrical connections, mounting structure, etc. complete system. Re-installation, testing and commissioning of same SWHS at new location as decided by department. The preparation of civil foundation with supply of materials is also in the scope of work.

Supply and replacement of 20-25 mm outer dia (OD) composite PE-AL-PE pipe suitable for temperature up to 80 degree centigrade. Consumables/accessories required for installation is in the scope item.

Supply and installation of 25mm CPVC pipe with accessories such as sockets, brass MT, Union, clamps, pasting material etc. as per site condition and requirements.

Supply and replacement of 3 kW, 220-240 V heater elements with thermostat control for SWHS.

Replacement of 75 Wp to 260 Wp Solar photovoltaic panel suitable for street light/solar pumps with fixing hardware and materials.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning 330-390 Wp poly/mono-Silicon solar photovoltaic module compatible with existing solar power plant. Warrantee shall be five years from the date of commissioning.

Supply and replacement of 12V, 75 to 100 AH tubular lead acid solar application low maintenance/maintenance free Gel type battery suitable with existing installation.

MS sheet Fabrication :- Supply, fabrication and installation of Sheet steel box, Bus Duct, Cable trays, Panel and M.S Boxes with complete chemical and mechanical process on M.S Sheet or angle etc. Poly urethane paint coated, rubber, gasket, locking arrangement, earthing bolt etc. will be provided on the fabricated item as per requirement and specifications.

MS Fabrication: Supply fabrication and installation of MS angle, angles, channel etc. of various size with two coat of red oxide/primer and two coat of synthetic enameled paint.

HDPE pipe in ground : Supply, installation of 50mm dia and suitable for 4 kg pressure HDPE Pipe, 900mm below in ground including excavation of in all types of soil soft/hard murrum/rock/boulders & protective covering with bricks on two sides and on the top (width wise) and refilling the trench, compacting including watering, leveling the trench, disposing of excess soil within 5 km distance. HDPE Pipe size- 50 mm dia of 4 kg pressure

HDPE Pipe on wall/Trench: Supply, installation of 50mm dia and suitable for 4 kg pressure HDPE Pipe on wall/trench by supply and fixing of MS clamps and other hardware required as per our specifications.

HDPE Pipe through Hume pipe: Supply & Pulling of following 50mm dia and suitable for 4 kg pressure HDPE Pipe through existing RCC Hume pipe etc

Supply and installation of surge protective device, 4 pole, 25kA , 8/20 microsecond. The cartridge shall be replaceable type.

AC, Three-phase Static Energy meter of Accuracy Class1.0, 3X 240V, 50Hz, with Back-lit LCD Display, of rating 10-60A (Measures & Displays kWh, V, I, kW, PF, Hz, Last month history of kWh & MD in kW) with special features like TOD, Tamper logging, Optical Communication Port & Display in absence of Power. The meter shall be mounted in a transparent with hinged door enclosure with associated wiring, gland and end terminations.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of 1100 Voltage Grade, 5 core x 4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor multi core flexible cable laid on wall/trench, providing suitable size reinforced PVC conduit. including supply of nuts-bolts, clamps & other fixing materials etc. with end termination.

Installation, testing and commissioning of Power Cables of size 4X25/16/10/6 sq.mm. Al. Ar. cable in ground.

End Termination of Power Cables: Supply,Installation,testing and commissioning of cable end joints of following sizes: 4X25/16/10/6 sq. mm. Al. Ar. cable. End joint shall be done by double compression gland.

Earthing Station : Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of galvanized iron plate (plate size 600X600X6.3 mm) and other required material as per IS : 3043 and our drawings and detailed specifications.

Upgradation of conventional lead acid storage solar street lights by supply, installation, testing and commissioning with Lithium Ferro-phosphate storage battery, LED and dimming featured integrated driver and MPPT charge controller with integrated solar silicon crystalline photo voltaic panel based all-in-one construction solar street LED light system on existing G.I. pole. Removal and shifting of replaced parts are included in the scope of work and shall be deposited to department store at RRCAT technical area (within 3KM). Modification/replacement of mounting brackets wherever required shall be inclusive in the scope of work. Please refer note 2 given in the last of this schedule. Ratings of equipments are following :

2000 lumen nominal output, IP 65, IK-08 housing,CRI≥70, CCT 4000-5700k, 48 hours backup time with dimming profile.

4000 lumen nominal output, IP 65, IK -08 housing,CRI≥70, CCT 4000-5700k, 48 hours backup time with auto dimming profile.

Relocation of 12kWp solar power plant from outreach centre to technical area at RRCAT: (I) Disconnection, removal, transportation and shifting and re-installation of one set 12kWp solar power plant: Labour & transportation charges for PV modules of 48 nos.x 250Wp, G.I. module mounting structure- 4 sets, associated cables, junction boxes, solar inverter, etc. of 12kWp solar power plant. Re-fixing, installation, testing and commissioning of solar and associated electrical switch-gears from outreach building to technical area of RRCAT within 6 km distance. The item include labour charges, required tools and takles, transportation means and safety PPE for deployed manpower of contractor as per the site requirements. (II) Removal & re-fixing works of old interlocking paver blocks, excavation in all types of soil/soft rocks, providing 80 mm thickness PCC of grade 1:3:6, RCC of M25 grade 1.0 Cu. m. size, associated from work, other civil finishing works, curing, plaster & painting with distemper as per relevant Indian standards for preparation of civil foundation for solar PV array structure.

Supply, surface preparation and painting of outdoor distribution boards, MS structure, poles, and other metalic structure as per site requirement.

Note for Item no. 1 -The major items i.e. Lead acid batteries, solar PV modules, enclosures, various type and sizes of pipes, power cables with gland/wire above 4 Sq.mm, earthing pit & strips, Surge-protection device, heating elements, main tank , pole & mounting structures, heating element , drain valves, solar flat plates, solar Ongrid MPPT inverters above 5.5KW, energy meters, RTU-PLC communication device, controller of various ratings and electrical switchgears above 63A etc. are excluded. Only replacement and transportation of these items are in the scope of work in Item no. 1. Contractor shall depute the manpower alongwith with vehicle, on daily basis as per special condition .

2. All the new installations shall be warranted for five (05) years from the date of commissioning. Comprehensive preventive maintenance of system during five (05) years warrantee period shall be carried out. Applicable for item no. 2.01, 3 and related items.

3. The Scaffoldings / ladders and all the tools tackles required to carry out the preventive maintenance shall be arranged by the contractor.
