M 15 - Grade concrete

RCC  with  Shutteriny Providing and laying/erecting design mix in-situ or precast or combination of in-situ and precast cement concrete of specified grade as per approved design for R.C.C work, prepared by only weigh batching and machine mixing at site/yard/RMC plant including transportation to any lead by any means such as chute, conveyor belt, truck, RMC transit mixer etc. placed/erected by any mechanical means such as bucket, hoist, pump, crane, hydra etc. including cost of all materials such as admixture/plasticizer to achieve designed retarded/accelerate setting time and suitable workability, centering, shuflering, strutting, compacting, vibrating, vaccum dewatering, curing by any means such as water, steam, curing compound etc. complete but excluding cost of reinforcement, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. All works in compliance to relevent IS codes and CPWD specifications only. (Note: Design mix shall have minimum cement content shall be 325 Kg/cum for M-20, 330 Kg/cum for M-25, 340 Kg/cum for M-30, 350 Kg/cum for M-35 and 360 Kg/cum for M-40. and no extra payment for use of extra quantity of cement in design mix shall be made)

All works up to plinth level (footing raft, pedstal, RCC drain, RCC retaining wall, RCC abutments, RCC piers, plinth beam, grade slab, curtain wall, poles, RCC barrier etc.)
